Story
Loch is a lovely adult black cat with a white spot on her chest. Big beautiful gold eyes and a very sweet disposition. We would love to keep her, but she gets bullied by our other cats. She is a social pariah amongst the other cats which causes us to sequester her into her own space. We are looking to find somewhere without other cats so she can live a happier life. She is wonderful with our large Mastiff and our two young kids. She likes sitting on laps and pets. She is affectionate, but not super needy. There is no deadline to rehome her because we really want to make sure its going to be a good change for her.

Story
Max would make a wonderful pet in a quiet household with no other animals. We found her on the side of the road 9 years ago and she was supposed to be my daughter’s cat. Since then we have discovered that my daughter is allergic so she has stayed with us. We recently moved into a new home and took in a third dog and Max is not adapting well. She has become aggressive with the other dogs.

Story
I adopted Dora from a shelter in Pennsylvania in 2020 and she’s been with me ever since. She moved with me to Texas and has been a wonderful companion. Now with two large dogs and a toddler, Dora no longer gets the calm space she deserves. She’s a sweet, loving cat who would thrive in a quieter home where she can be the center of attention. Looking for a good home where Dora will be loved and cared for.

Story
Cheeto was abandoned by her original owner. My daughter agreed to pet sit for her neighbor while he worked on resolving some legal issues. The owner never returned. My daughter has been hospitalized a few times and can no longer care for Cheeto. I am the sole caregiver to my Mom and I’m not able to take on a pet. I have been helping my daughter give Cheeto VERY basic care (food, water, litter box cleaning). Due to our various ongoing human medical conditions, and caregiving responsibilities Cheeto does not get the love and physical attention she desperately needs. No petting, no cuddles. 😢 We do not want to take her to a shelter, so I’m really hoping to quickly place her in a foster home or a forever home that will show her the genuine love and care she needs and deserves.

Story
MaoMao was part of the local feral community. We trapped her under our house when she was pregnant and brought her inside to have her kittens. She turned out to be very friendly, so once her kittens were weaned, we had her spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated in the hopes of finding her a home. She's nervous in new situations and takes time to create a bond, but she's very affectionate once you have that bond. She's the most laid back cat we've ever had as far as handling. She's currently our porch kitty and spends most of her time chillin' on the porch swing; though if we're outside, she follows us around to "help out" with whatever we're doing. MaoMao would be good as an indoor, outdoor, or combo kitty, but plan to keep her inside for at least a couple weeks to create that bond. If considering her for an outdoor kitty, you'll need to be in a rural area as she's used to a lot of space and quiet and wouldn't do well in a neighborhood with lots of people and traffic.
