ADOPT RUSTY! Rusty is one of our special needs boys! He has moderate CH (cerebral hyperplasia) which means he is a bit unsteady on his feet and has balance issues at times but it doesn't hold him back in the least! Rusty is playful with a silly, tiny but mighty attitude. He loves lower cat trees and would do best in a non-carpeted home. His condition is neurological, it is not degenerative nor does it cause him pain. He just needs some special accommodations and he will repay you with a great amount of love & joy. He does require a low entry, high back and sides litter pan, puppy pads around his box as sometimes his balance challenges can cause him an occasional spill. However, he uses his box & pad faithfully and is a great boy! Rusty has great cat manners! We would actually include his litter box and cute teepee loves to nap in!! Rusty would prefer to be your one and only. He's a sweet boy who's been waiting for a stable home that can stay in communication with us and give updates! He needs a human who will spend time with him outside, who has a very secure backyard, fully fenced that has time for supervised visits outside. HE LOVES his supervised outdoor time and hops like a little deer! He would also love a single level catio. Rusty has out of control movements so young children who can't predict them and try to pick him up might get accidentally scratched but we're easily able to handle him wound-free and he tolerates nail trims though his nails should be kept a bit longer for balance. He is a curious, intelligent boy who wants to constantly go and explore, but he makes time for cuddles everyday. Rusty is very sweet and deserves all the loves! He will be your fav Netflix buddy! Loves to sleep under the blankets too!

MEET WHSIKERS! My name is Whiskers! I have a deep rumble purr and love to be in your presence. I don't need lots of pets and attention. I enjoy sitting right on top of you when we cuddle. When I need attention, I'll ask for it and then quickly let you know when I'm done. I'm not picky and don't need much, except I don't want to share you with anyone else, so I have to be an only cat. Small children make me nervous, so I want to live in a calm family with older kids or no kids. I would do best with someone who has owned cats before and is able to read my body language. I keep myself clean and use my litter box perfectly! If you're looking for a low-maintenance cat who will provide you with undemanding companionship, I'm your gal!! She has excellent cat manners, cute chirps and is the best gal! She has also had her dental done, up to date on vaccines and had great bloodwork!

Story
Meet Meow! Meow is a playful, happy and silly boy who needs a human that will love him, keep him on the food we have found works best for him, and stay in contact with us (since we love him). We know he will do best as the only pet, and in a home without little kids as he can get overstimulated. However, he gives clear signs when he has had enough. Meow will play like a kitten and is a very special cat that would be an excellent companion for a cat-savvy human! This handsome boy has been with us for quite some time and he is amazing despite his chronic rhinotracheitis. However, we have resolved this condition to the absolute best point through excellent veterinary care. Meow has seen many specialists and has a unique condition where he has an overgrowth of tissue at the tip of his nose, which makes him sound congested at times. He takes a daily supplement from Pet Wellbeing that has worked wonders for him. Meow has had a rhinoscopy and has no issues beyond his nose tip. Therefore, he does not require any other intensive medical care. Keeping him well is top priority since Meow is FIV+. Despite this, he is a very healthy boy!

Meet Sadie: A Diamond in the Rough Ready to Shine! Introducing Sadie, a stunning 9-year-old feline who has endured a challenging past but is now blossoming with potential. For the first nine years of her life, Sadie lived in an outbuilding with minimal socialization. In the past year, under compassionate care, Sadie has made remarkable progress. She eagerly plays and adores being groomed, showcasing her resilient spirit. To ensure Sadie's continued growth, she would thrive as the sole pet in a loving home, as she seems to prefer a feline-free environment. Patience is key, given her previous circumstances, but the rewards are immense. Sadie is a testament to the transformative power of love and care. Let Sadie's second chapter be filled with the love and happiness she truly deserves!

MEET BIG O! This boy is a big love bug with a little attitude! Big O doesn't care for toys but loves windows and sleeping in the sunshine. Meals are serious business for this guy, and we don't blame him since he was diabetic and is completely controlled with diet, he has to have chicken only, no fish or other proteins due to allergies which trigger his diabetes! This boy has been through it, has seen all the best vets and specialist to get him where he is today. His journey has been incredible and we are so proud to say that he is looking for his home. He would love to be the only spoiled cat man in your life <3

Story
Meet Jack! Jack and Gus are a bonded pair of brothers and must find a home together. Prior to coming to Whiskers these boys definitely had a hard life. We have done a ton of medical care on them, they have both had complete dentals, bloodwork FIVFELV negative. They are the sweetest boys. They are playful, the age we have on them as an estimate based on teeth, body shape etc. We estimate them to be around 10 year old. They do play like they are younger boys so it could be that they were neglected medical care for their entire life before coming to us so their teeth were bad. They were previously adopted, and when the family had to move in with the in-laws due to mold in their home, Jack and Gus struggled with the high energy dogs in the home. They may do OK with a super calm older dog, but they would prefer to have a gentle, calm home. All of our cats are fixed, vaccinated, vetted, and come microchipped too. Many have had recent dental and bloodwork done as well.
