Loyal is a beautiful 2 year old, 68 lb Merle Catahoula with a heart as pure as his name. His story is especially touching. He was found abandoned at the future site of the new animal shelter, patiently waiting beside his belongings for the people who never returned. Despite this, Loyals spirit remains bright and full of love. He is incredibly affectionate and happiest when he is near his person, whether that means going for a car ride, walking by your side, or relaxing quietly together. Loyal rides wonderfully in the car, is friendly with other dogs, and eagerly greets new friends. He is neutered, heartworm negative, and up to date on vaccinations. Loyal is gentle, trusting, and ready to find the forever family who will give him the stability and love he has always deserved. Bruce is a 66 lb, young Catahoula mix with a playful spirit and a personality that is just as charming as his looks. He is a dog-friendly boy who enjoys being around other dogs and would likely do well in a home with a canine companion or with regular opportunities to socialize. One of Bruces most endearing features is the tiny hunters lantern at the tip of his tail, a little white accent that seems to highlight his constantly wagging excitement. True to his breed mix, Bruce shows off an adorable pointer-like stance whenever he catches an interesting scent, freezing for a moment as if he is on a mission before happily moving along. Bruce is very treat motivated, which makes him a great candidate for continued training. He is eager to learn and responds well to positive reinforcement, making him a fun and rewarding dog to work with. He would thrive in a home that can provide him with regular activity, enrichment, and continued guidance as he grows. He is neutered, heartworm negative, and up to date on vaccinations. Story
Bee is a sweet girl who I found wandering the street two weeks ago. She was very skinny and had a torn Achilles which resulted in her having to have her back leg amputated. She has healed up perfectly and is getting around like nothing ever happened. Bee loves to eat, sleep, lay around in the sun, and just be close to people. She does have some separation anxiety that will need to be worked through but other than that she is the perfect pup. The vet thinks she is around 2 years old.
