Story
Our pets are fostered and physically located in Mt.Airy,NC until adopted. Once adopted we can transport to your location or one of our other north eastern delivery locations. This pup is a Catahoula mix. This pup was born 10-20-22. This pup will not be overly large. My educated guess is around 35-40 pounds at maturity. This pup is extremely sweet and social. This pup is great with other dogs and cats. We have started crate training and potty training. Frances is spayed! This pup will be current on vaccines, deworming, preventives. This pup will be micro-chipped. This pup will receive a physical and a certificate of health prior to going home. The adopter will get all the health records with adoption. We require a prescreen application to adopt. You can get that on our website at www.saveamuttkennel.net

Story
We received a call for help, this person had more then 20 animals on his property, adults and puppies he needed food and to get the girls fixed. A local spay/neuter clinic helped with spay/neuter, rabies and heartworm testing. All the adults were taken back to the owner and he is given dog food to help with feeding them. We were able to take in some of the young pups, had them heartworm tested (which was negative) spay/neutered all vaccines and microchipped. We took the puppies hoping they would be heartworm negative and they are. Since having them here we have had to work with them to learn to trust us, at first they will be a little nervous but give them time and they will fill your heart. They are crate trained, but not house broken. If you have a big heart and would like to give these puppies a chance, please email BakerBridgeRescue@aol.com and ask for an application, we would love to talk with you in detail about each pup. Once approved, we will call you. We transport every other week to a location near you with the most animal friendly transport - Rescue Riders Transport.

Story
Meet Honey! Hey there! The name's Honey, and I'm searching for my forever family. If you're looking for a lovable and adventurous companion, then I'm the pup you've been waiting for! Let me tell you a little bit about myself. First things first, sweetness is my middle name. I've got a heart full of love to share, and my affectionate nature will make you feel like the luckiest human in the world. From gentle snuggles to warm, wet kisses, I'm always ready to show you just how much I care. I'm a curious little canine, and that curiosity often gets the best of me. When I get super excited, I might become a bit mouthy. Don't worry, though-I'm just trying to express my enthusiasm in the only way I know how! But with a patient and understanding human like you, I'm sure we can work on redirecting that excitement into more appropriate outlets. Now, let's talk about tricks! I'm a smart pup, and I've mastered the art of sitting for treats. Just whip out a tasty reward, and I'll plop my adorable behind on the ground like a pro. Teaching me new tricks and commands is a breeze, especially when treats are involved. We can have a blast learning and bonding together! When it comes to the great outdoors, count me in! I absolutely love going outside and exploring the world with my human companion. Whether it's long walks in the park, hiking on nature trails, or simply sniffing around the neighborhood, I'm up for any adventure. Being outside makes me wag my tail with joy, and it's even better when I have you by my side. But wait, there's more! I'm a big fan of playing tug of war. There's something exhilarating about tugging on a rope and showing off my strength. It's a great way to burn off some energy and have a whole lot of fun at the same time. I'm always up for a game, so get ready to engage in some epic tug of war battles! If you're looking for a super sweet and curious furry friend who is eager to learn, explore the great outdoors, and play some tug of war, then I'm the perfect match for you. Let's create a lifetime of memories and embark on countless adventures together. Come meet me, and let's start our journey of love and companionship today!
