Story
Nico is a very handsome boy with beautiful eyes. He needs to be on a strict routine. He shouldn't be in a home with young kids. He would have to be the only pet. He is strong and stubborn. He needs someone who will be consistent with him. He isn't friendly to other animals. He is very loyal and protective to his person. He needs a home with a yard. He needs a home where it is strict and the person(s) are patient. He is neutered, microchipped, and fully vaccinated. Inquire about setting up a meet and greet.       ##1501785##

Story
Sawyer was saved from a high kill rescue only shelter in GA last year, this shelter is not open to the public so these dogs don't have much chance of getting out. I am the President of Dogingham Palace Rescue that is writing this bio for Sawyer. I fell in love with him when I meet him as he is stunning and so sweet. I was looking for a dog that I could walk/hike with, with my husband and his dog. Sawyer was so easy on the leash for me. Back in 2022 I fought stage 3 breast cancer and have some of my journey on facebook under Dogingham Palace Rescue. Rescue is what got me through a year of chemo, radiation and surgeries. I was wanting to get my strength back and lose the steroid weight and having a dog with you on a trail is way more fun than being alone. I have now found out that it has spread to my lungs and through no fault of Sawyer I want to find him a wonderful new home. He needs more than I can give him with knowing I have another fight on my hands. He deserves to be in a home that can give him what I can't. When we would go out on trails if he heard children he got so excited. So would be good for a family or single person. He loves to play with dogs in my house. Mainly plays with 2 other dogs his size but also loves to play with one of my 10 lbs Chihuahua too. I do not have cats but I don't think he would be a problem for one. He is pretty much house trained, but does still have an accident here and there. He sleeps in a dog bed right next to my bed. I do crate him when I am not home as he is still very much puppy. He does also like to counter surf and we have lost a few steaks and other meals to him...lol. He is very food motivated. I think he was just left outside the whole time till I got him. He loves to play and also loves to come in and chill on the couch or by my side. Sorry the pictures are not great, he wants to move when I try to get pictures. He is definitely a dog that turns heads and everyone who sees him always asks what kind of dog he is. If you are interested in this handsome fellow please email us at Doginghamrescue@aol.com so we can send you an application. We are based in the Nashville, TN area and have most of our dogs transported up north. The $500 includes the adoption and transport fee (will have a health certificate too). The transport fee ($250) is not refundable if things do not work out.

Our pets are fostered and physically located in Mt.Airy,NC until adopted. Once adopted we can transport to your location or one of our other north eastern delivery locations. This pup is a Catahoula mix. This pup was born 10-20-22. This pup will not be overly large. My educated guess is around 35-40 pounds at maturity. This pup is shy. She warms up. This pup is great with other dogs and cats. We have started crate training and potty training. Frances is spayed! I will consider a reduced adoption fee to the right home. This pup will be current on vaccines, deworming, preventives. This pup will be micro-chipped. This pup will receive a physical and a certificate of health prior to going home. The adopter will get all the health records with adoption. We require a prescreen application to adopt. You can get that on our website at www.saveamuttkennel.net

ADOPT ME ONLINE: https://ophrescue.org/dogs/14068Meet Trixie - The Sweet and Affectionate Treeing Walker Coonhound!:Name: TrixieGender: FemaleBreed: Treeing Walker CoonhoundAge: 2 yearsWeight: 43 lbsCurrent Location: Timonium, MDAbout Trixie Hello! My name is Trixie! I'm a Treeing Walker Coonhound with a sweet personality, ready to give you all my love and loyalty. At 43 lbs, I'm the perfect size, don't you think?PersonalityI’m a cuddler and love affection. I like to talk, dog talk that is, and if I don’t get my way, I’ll try telling you about it. I love dogs, children, and people, and I jump up to give hugs and kisses! I’m very lovable and sweet with a sassy side. I can be a bit noisy in the crate, especially when left alone, but I’m working on it.Skills and TrainingI am potty trained and getting the leash thing down pretty good by following simple commands and getting treats. I don’t like to stay in the crate unless I’m eating. I’m still learning all kinds of stuff, so until I get all the house rules down, I have to stay in it when you’re gone. I was found underweight, so for me right now, I hunt for food. If you have some, look out! I’m learning my house manners.CompanionshipIf you’re looking for a sweet, loyal, and affectionate companion, I’m the one for you! I’ll bring warmth, joy, and loyalty to your home and be there to welcome you every day with a wag and a snuggle. I love greeting, meeting, and playing with other dogs. I do best with siblings to keep me active, or with adopters who enjoy running on trails or taking long walks.Energy LevelAs a hound, I have higher energy and need plenty of exercise to stay happy and healthy. I love treats and will do anything for them. I’m still learning, so I need someone who is patient and willing to help me continue to grow and learn. A 6’ fenced yard or multiple long walks would make all the difference for me.Love and AffectionI have a lot of love to give and can’t wait to share it with someone who appreciates my gentle, friendly nature! I do take naps, but I’m usually moving, playing, or chewing otherwise.I’m looking for my forever family! Is that with you? If so, please hit the apply button and let’s get our family started.
