Story
Nico is a very handsome boy with beautiful eyes. He needs to be on a strict routine. He shouldn't be in a home with young kids. He would have to be the only pet. He is strong and stubborn. He needs someone who will be consistent with him. He isn't friendly to other animals. He is very loyal and protective to his person. He needs a home with a yard. He needs a home where it is strict and the person(s) are patient. He is neutered, microchipped, and fully vaccinated. Inquire about setting up a meet and greet.       ##1501785##

Story
Our pets are fostered and physically located in Mt.Airy,NC until adopted. Once adopted we can transport to your location or one of our other north eastern delivery locations. This pup is a Catahoula mix. This pup was born 10-20-22. This pup will not be overly large. My educated guess is around 35-40 pounds at maturity. This pup shy and will do better with women. This pup is great with other dogs and cats. We have started crate training and potty training. Frank is neutered. I will consider a reduced adopt fee to the right home. This pup will be current on vaccines, deworming, preventives. This pup will be micro-chipped. This pup will receive a physical and a certificate of health prior to going home. The adopter will get all the health records with adoption. We require a prescreen application to adopt. You can get that on our website at www.saveamuttkennel.net

Story
Star was rescued in Louisiana. A lady that found her called me and said that she could not find a rescue group in Louisiana to take her. She had a gunshot wound through her jaw and ear. She was in pain. She brought her to me in Mississippi, and I got her the medical treatment that she needed. She had jaw surgery, and now her tongue permanently hangs out. We think this makes her uniquely special!! I know that her tongue hanging out may be a deterrent for a permanent home, but Star is such a sweet baby. She cannot help it that somebody shot her. She is a Catahoula hound, and her tail is docked. Star is a very sweet and loves to ride in the car. She loves dogs, and she loves children. She loves to roll over for a belly rub, and she knows the sit command. She is extremely smart. She loves to load up and ride in the car, and I believe that she was somebody’s baby at one time! Also, if you live out of state we use the most animal-friendly transport on the road. Rescue Riders Pet Transport. We alternate between the Northeast and the Midwest every other weekend.
