Geno is 13 years old and due to living arrangements I am no longer able to provide a home for him. He has never been around cats and he does not get a long well with the younger dogs that he has been around. He spends most of his day sleeping in a secluded spot by himself. He will snuggle at bed time though.

A fenced in yard is required! Rylo was a local surrender after being taken from an abusive home. He is a friendly, dog friendly little guy, Chihuahua/Terrier mix. He is crate trained. A home with another little dog is needed. He is good with kids and other small dogs and loves to sleep in bed with you! He is a little guy with a very big personality who does like to chase cats but not to hurt them, he will later be seen laying with them.Please submit an application at pawshs.org and NOT a Petfinder inquiry as they may not be answered due to the volume of these inquiries received. Our adoption fees include the cost of spaying/neutering, vaccinations (including rabies for cats / dogs over 4 months of age), flea prevention, worming, FeLV/FIV testing, heartworm test for dogs over 1 yrs old, and microchipping. Briar is working on maintaining a healthy weight with canned food and working on her leash skills. She’s low maintenance and happy to take a nap but also has adorable bursts of energy where she hops like a bunny. Due to a collapsed trachea she may reverse sneeze on occasion but is not on any medications. Briar is due for a dental on 11/17 but able to go home right after :) Albert's Dog Lounge is a specialty rescue focusing primarily on senior and special needs dogs. Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a homevisit, and then a meet and greet with the dog. Adoption fee is $300, ($550 for a pair).
