WE ARE A TX-BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org 🐾💛 Meet Gordo — 8 Pounds of Love, Loyalty, and Lap-Warming Perfection 💛🐾 Gordo has been waiting… and waiting… and we honestly don’t understand how this little guy is still looking for his forever home. At just 3 years old and 8 pounds, Gordo is living proof that the very best things come in the tiniest, snuggliest packages. This sweet Chihuahua mix is equal parts lap warmer, cuddle champion, and loyal sidekick. He adores being close to his person and will happily follow you from room to room like a tiny, devoted shadow. If you’ve ever wanted a dog who truly wants to be with you — not just near you — Gordo is your guy. He does have a soft spot for the ladies (Gentlemen, don’t worry—he’ll accept you too, but he’s a mama’s boy at heart!) and would thrive in a calm, quiet home. He’d also be thrilled to have a small doggie friend to sunbathe with and share naps. Kids aren’t really his vibe, but cozy couches and peaceful routines? Absolutely. 💊 A little extra love note about Gordo: Gordo is considered special needs due to occasional seizures, which are well managed with daily medication (Levetiracetam and Phenobarbital - about $50 every two months). He takes his meds like a champ and doesn’t let it slow him down one bit. He’ll also need Midazolam on hand, just in case he does have a seizure — though thankfully, his meds are working very well and he rarely has one. Now for the fun stuff… 🐶 Gordo’s Favorite Things: • Being used as a living neck pillow • Sunbathing like a tiny beach bum • Napping with doggie friends • Shamelessly begging for watermelon 🍉 • Sitting in your lap… always • Staring down the vacuum like a brave little warrior He’s house trained, crate trained, and happily trots into his crate at mealtime like the good boy he is. Gordo is gentle, affectionate, and incredibly loving — the kind of dog who bonds deeply and gives his whole heart once he feels safe. This little guy has been through a lot in his short life, but he hasn’t let it dim his sweetness or his desire to love. He’s just waiting for someone to see how special he truly is and give him the calm, loving home he deserves. 💛 If you’re looking for a devoted companion, a constant cuddle buddy, and a tiny soul who will adore you endlessly — Gordo is ready to wiggle into your heart and home! Apply today at haydudeequine.org and give this sweet boy the forever home he’s been waiting for. 💖

WE ARE A TX-BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org ✨🐾 Meet Payton — A Tiny Soul Learning How Beautiful Life Can Be 🐾✨ Female • 4 Months Old • 7 lbs Some puppies bounce into the world without a care… and some, like Payton, take a quieter, braver path — learning step by step that the world can be soft, kind, and full of love. 💛 When Payton first arrived from a hoarding situation, she was so scared she tucked herself away, unsure of everything around her. No gentle pets, no kind words, no cuddles… just a world she didn’t yet understand. But oh… how things are changing. ✨ This sweet little girl is blossoming beautifully. She’s started to seek out affection, leaning into gentle pets and soaking up every kind word like they’re the most precious thing she’s ever known (because to her, they are). She’s discovering the joys of being a puppy — slowly but surely: • Playing with her sister and toys • Following her person from room to room (your tiny, adorable shadow) • Exploring her surroundings with growing curiosity • Figuring out that treats are, in fact… amazing (Though she gives them a cautious sniff and a little taste lick first — quality control is very important 😄) She’s especially bonded to her twin sister, Paisley and finds comfort in having a buddy when things feel a little overwhelming. Payton would truly thrive in a home with a confident, friendly canine sibling to help guide her and remind her that everything is okay. She’s also met a kitty in her foster home and handled it like a little lady — curious but respectful, which is quite impressive for such a young pup. Because she’s still learning and gaining confidence, Payton will need a home that moves at her pace — patient, gentle, and full of understanding. Big new things can still feel a little scary, but with time, she continues to grow braver every day. And let’s not forget… her beautiful, shiny coat that practically sparkles in the sunlight. Seriously, you might need sunglasses — she shines that bright. 😎 Payton isn’t just learning how to be a puppy… she’s learning how to trust, how to love, and how to feel safe. And when she gives you that trust? It’s something truly special. 👉 Apply today at haydudeequine.org and give Payton the loving home she deserves — and watch her continue to bloom into the happy, confident girl she was always meant to be. 🐾💛

WE ARE A TX-BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org ⚡🐾 Meet Flash — A Little Spark of Courage with a Whole Lot of Heart 🐾⚡ Male • 10 Months Old • 13 lbs - Chihuahua Some dogs burst into your life with confidence… and some, like Flash, quietly work their way into your heart and stay there forever. 💛 At 10 months old and 13 pounds, Flash is still very much a puppy at heart — just one who’s learning the world a little later than most. Coming from a hoarding situation, he missed out on some of the basics early on… but you’d never know it by how beautifully he’s starting to blossom. This sweet boy has already made incredible progress. What once was a shy, unsure pup is now a little guy who will come up for pets, seek out affection, and is discovering just how good life can be. And honestly? He’s kind of crushing it. • House training? Doing fantastic. • Doggie door? Learned it practically overnight (show-off 😄) • Making dog friends? Yes please. • Toys? Still figuring them out, but very interested. Flash is smart, curious, and very treat motivated, which makes him a wonderful student for learning all the things he may have missed early on — leash walking, confidence building, and all the fun parts of being a beloved family dog. He’s currently working on his leash skills, and once he’s comfortable, he’ll be the perfect buddy for leisurely neighborhood strolls or mild outdoor adventures. With other dogs, Flash is doing great — he’s even starting to play and would truly benefit from a confident canine sibling to help show him the ropes and remind him that everything is okay. Cats? He’s met one and was curious but respectful — a true gentleman. Because he’s still gaining confidence, Flash would do best with older kids who understand patience and gentle interactions. Now, about his name… Let’s just say it fits. Not only does he have a little lightning bolt marking on his chest, but when he gets the zoomies? You’ll see exactly how he earned it. Blink and you might miss him. ⚡ But his markings isn’t what makes him special: It’s the way he’s learning to trust. The way he leans in for pets. The way he’s discovering joy in things most dogs take for granted. Flash is still soaking up the world like a much younger puppy — every day is new, exciting, and just a little bit magical. He doesn’t need perfection. He just needs patience, kindness, and someone willing to show him what love looks like. And in return? You’ll get a dog who loves you with his whole heart — the kind of love that feels extra special because it was earned. 👉 Apply today at haydudeequine.org and give Flash the safe, loving home he’s been waiting for… and watch him light up your life in the sweetest way. 🐾💛

WE ARE A TX-BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org 🍯💛 Meet Honey — A Tiny Drop of Sweetness with a Whole Lot of Love 💛🍯 Female • 8 Months Old • 7 lbs • Chihuahua If happiness could be bottled up into 7 tiny pounds of pure love… it would look exactly like Honey. At just 8 months old, this little Chihuahua is already a professional snuggler, certified kiss-giver, and full-time heart melter. She’s the kind of pup who doesn’t just sit next to you — she melts into you, like she’s been saving up all her love just for that moment. Honey is incredibly social and friendly, the type of girl who believes everyone she meets is just a friend she hasn’t cuddled yet. People? Loves them. Other dogs? Yes please. Cats? Totally fine. She’s basically the “get along with everyone” committee chairperson. Her personality is beautifully laid back and easygoing, making her the perfect companion whether you’re relaxing on the couch, working from home, or just need a tiny shadow following you around making life better. Her daily hobbies include: • Snuggling like it’s an Olympic sport • Handing out sweet little kisses (free of charge!) • Perfecting her “pick me up, please” eyes • Being adorable… effortlessly • Light napping with occasional cuddle breaks And while Honey is mostly sugar and sweetness, she does have a tiny dash of sass — just enough to remind you she’s still a Chihuahua with opinions (mainly about when it’s time for more snuggles). Honey is the kind of dog who will quietly, sweetly, and completely steal your heart — and then curl up in it like it’s her forever home. 👉 Apply today at haydudeequine.org and let Honey add a little extra sweetness (and a whole lot of love) to your life. 🐾💛
