Story
Meet Squeak — a precious 9-week-old Chihuahua mix (possibly with Pug) with a name as cute as her personality! Weighing in at just 6 pounds, this tiny girl is full of sweetness and heart. Squeak adores staying close to her person and can often be found snuggled near her foster mom, soaking up all the affection she can get. She's already showing off her loving nature and forming strong bonds — she’s the kind of pup who will happily be your little shadow. Squeak has a male sibling named Pip who is also up for adoption. Squeak is friendly with other dogs and is currently learning all the big puppy basics, including potty training. Because of her small size and delicate trachea (a common concern in toy breeds), she’s best suited for a gentle home that understands the needs of small-breed dogs. While we don’t know how she feels about cats or very young kids, her ideal adopters will be mindful of her petite frame and tender age. She’s currently being fostered in Austin, TX and is available for adoption in Austin and the immediate surrounding area. Squeak’s forever home must have: Adopters who are home more often than not A securely fenced yard Children over age 7 Familiarity with small-breed dogs No apartments No swimming pools Age: 9 weeks Breed: Chihuahua mix Weight: 6 lbs Location: Austin, TX Squeak's adoption fee of $450 includes her vet exam, basic vaccinations, fecal test, wormer, heartworm/tick testing, preventative, spay, and microchip.

Look at Luke! Luke is a chihuahua mix with a big heart and constantly wagging tail. He’s a sweet, cuddly little guy who loves curling up next to his people just as much as he loves chasing toys and balls. When he’s not playing, he’s happily following you from room to room like a loyal little shadow. Luke is great with the other dogs in his foster home. He’s also wonderful with kids and has been playful and affectionate with the 11- and 14-year-olds he currently lives with. Luke would do best in a home where he can lots of love playtime, and cuddles. If you’re looking for a small dog with a sweet soul, playful energy, and professional-level snuggling skills, Luke is your guy. He is mostly housetrained and will need a family who is willing to work on further training, otherwise he is just as perfect as can be! Austin, TX area adoptions. Fenced yard. If you have a pool, it has to be fenced or do teach Luke safety skills. Luke’s adoption adoption fee of $375 includes vet exam, age appropriate vaccinations, fecal test, wormer, heart worm/tick test & preventative, neuter, and microchip.

Story
Say hello to Pip — a 9 week-old Chihuahua mix (possibly with Pug) who may be tiny at just 7 pounds, but his joyful spirit and playful personality are larger than life! Bursting with puppy energy and curiosity, Pip is full of life and always ready to explore the world (or at least your living room). He’s especially fond of his toys and will happily entertain himself with zoomies and playful tumbles. While he’s still learning the ropes of potty training, he’s a smart little guy who just needs an adopter with time, patience, and a willingness to guide him through all the important puppy lessons. Pip's sister is Squeak and she is up for adoption as well. Pip gets along well with other dogs and would love a home that understands the needs of a young puppy. He hasn’t been around cats or children yet, but due to his size and age, he’s best suited for a home with children over age 7. Pip is currently being fostered in Austin, TX, and is available for adoption in Austin and the immediate surrounding areas. Pip's Forever Home Must-Haves: Adopters who are home more often than not A fenced yard Children over 7 years of age No apartments No swimming pools Pip's adoption fee of $450 includes his vet exam, basic vaccinations, fecal test, wormer, heartworm/tick testing, preventative, neuter, and microchip.

Story
Pita is an amazing lap dog. He loves to snuggle up and is a great companion for folks who have quiet days. Unfortunately, he is not doing well around a spunky 4 year old. He gets along with other small dogs, but otherwise prefers a solitary life. An experienced adopter who can love a grumpy Gus would be ideal.

Story
Meet Raul, an independent and spirited pup ready to find his forever home! Raul is currently living in a foster home and is looking for a family that understands his unique needs and can provide him with the love and attention he deserves. Raul does well with other dogs while out on walks, but his ideal home would not have resident dogs. He has a strong chase instinct with cats, so a cat-free household would be best for him. In his current foster home, Raul shares his space with two female cats, but they do not interact closely due to his tendency to lunge and bark. When it comes to being alone, Raul is quite content in a gated area or free-roaming for short periods. He's house-trained and hasn't shown any issues in that regard. While Raul is a loving companion, he can be a bit particular about being handled or picked up. Sometimes he enjoys being pet, but other times he may growl and snap. It's important to approach him with patience and respect for his boundaries. Raul has made progress in his behavior and no longer exhibits food guarding with humans. However, he still displays this behavior with the resident cats, so it's essential to feed him separately. If you're looking for an independent and spirited companion who thrives in a cat-free environment, Raul could be the perfect match for you. With the right understanding and care, Raul is sure to blossom into a loyal and loving member of your family. Don't miss out on the chance to give Raul the forever home he's been waiting for!

Story
Hi, I’m Sarafina 💗 I’m a sweet, sensitive girl with a big heart and lots of love to give. New places and situations can feel scary at first, but once I start to feel safe, my playful and affectionate personality really shines. I do well with other dogs and enjoy their company, especially when it’s time to play and get some energy out. I’m very friendly and get excited when meeting new people. I’ve been around kids and can play a bit enthusiastically once I’m comfortable, so older or dog-savvy children would be a great fit for me. Being alone is something I’m still getting braver on. I feel most secure when my people are nearby, and I do best in a home where someone is around most of the time. A house would suit me better than an apartment so I can fully relax. I’m also on a special diet to support my urinary health and do best with a calm, predictable routine that helps me stay comfortable and confident. I may take a little time to settle in, but once I do, I form deep bonds and love with my whole heart. If you have a patient, understanding home and are looking for a loyal companion who will truly adore you, I would love to meet you.
