Meet Bingo 💙 This 10-month-old boy may be a little shy at first, but he is sweet as pie. Bingo hasn’t had much socialization in his young life, so new things can make him a bit nervous—but he’s already showing how quickly he can adapt. He’s settling in nicely with his foster and her whole crew of dogs, learning that the world isn’t such a scary place after all. With a little patience and love, Bingo is really starting to come out of his shell. Baths? Not his favorite. Cuddling? Jellybean is exactly what her name promises—a tiny, colorful burst of sweetness with just a little bit of bounce. This itty-bitty Chihuahua/wire-haired terrier mix is about two months old and already mastering the art of being both completely adorable and completely unstoppable. Additionally, dogs requiring extended boarding, extra training, or extra medical care—such as dental work, vision care, or orthopedic care—can lead to expenses running into the thousands. Also, included in the adoption fee are costs to cover transport up to the Pacific Northwest or East Coast. Transport is a significant additional expense to the rescue.  While adoption fees help cover part of these expenses, we want to emphasize that the rescue does not receive government funding and must fundraise to offset the remaining expense balance which ranges $100-1,000++ per animal on these direct costs.   It doesn’t stop there! Peanut may be tiny, but don’t let his size fool you—this little Chihuahua/wire-haired terrier mix has a BIG personality. At around three months old, Peanut is a playful, goofy, tail-wagging machine who is fully committed to living life as one big adventure. Peanut is the kind of puppy who turns everything into a game.
