Meet Bingo 💙 This 10-month-old boy may be a little shy at first, but he is sweet as pie. Bingo hasn’t had much socialization in his young life, so new things can make him a bit nervous—but he’s already showing how quickly he can adapt. He’s settling in nicely with his foster and her whole crew of dogs, learning that the world isn’t such a scary place after all. With a little patience and love, Bingo is really starting to come out of his shell. Baths? Not his favorite. Cuddling? From the Director of the rescue: today I brought Shelly out of her crate and she went straight to the grass to potty. She was not barking or whining in her crate. She was quiet and patient! Sheli seems like an easy little girl to have around. She made fast friends with Destiny and I, and posed for sweet pictures and gave kisses. If there was ever a puppy who could convince you that life is simply better when you're wearing a cute outfit, carrying around a toy, and ending the day snuggled up on the couch, it's Dolly Hazel. This little fashionista is almost always sporting an adorable outfit, proudly showing off her signature ears that stand straight up until she starts running, when they bounce and flop with every step. Between her sweet personality, love for cuddles, and undeniable cuteness, Dolly has mastered the art of stealing hearts without even trying. Whatever breeds came together to create this adorable little girl, they gave her the cutest ears, an affectionate personality, and just the right amount of playful puppy energy. Dolly has fully embraced everything there is to love about being a puppy. She bounces from toy to toy with endless enthusiasm, happily entertaining herself before inviting everyone else to join in the fun. Whether she's carrying around her favorite toy, exploring the backyard, or making up her own little games, she's always finding a way to keep herself entertained. She's friendly, social, and loves being part of whatever is going on around her. As much as Dolly loves to play, her foster will tell you her favorite thing about her is how incredibly cuddly she is. Once she's gotten all those puppy wiggles out, she's more than happy to curl up beside you while you watch TV, snuggle into your lap, or simply be as close to her people as possible. She's the kind of puppy who makes it very easy to lose track of time because once she settles in for cuddles, you'll never want to move. Dolly is growing up surrounded by dogs, cats, children, and people of all ages, giving her an incredible start to life. She's learning how to interact with everyone around her and is developing into a confident, well-socialized puppy who's excited to make new friends wherever she goes. Monsieur Mozzarella Bunke may have a very fancy name, but this sweet 10-year-old Chihuahua has a pretty simple wish for his forever home: he just wants to be with his people. Monsieur Mozzarella is a loving little senior who finds his happiest place wherever his humans happen to be. He enjoys companionship and doesn’t want to miss out on what everyone is doing. Leto Bean has the confidence of a much bigger dog, the moves of a baby deer, and absolutely no problem making himself the center of attention. He is goofy, sweet, spunky, and affectionate, with just enough playful energy to keep life entertaining before settling in for some serious cuddle time. We believe he may be a Chihuahua mix, but with animal rescue, breeds are always a mystery and never an exact science! Leto Bean is ridiculously cute and absolutely knows how to use it to his advantage. He will trot right over with his sweet little face, lean into you for affection, and happily soak up every scratch and cuddle you are willing to give. He loves being close to his people and has a way of making you feel like you are his favorite person in the entire world. He is dog friendly and has done well with the dogs we have introduced him to. Outside, he likes to prance alongside his dog friends through the grass like a tiny deer frolicking through a field. When he is not showing off his fancy footwork, you can usually find him staying close to his favorite people and soaking up as much affection as possible. While Leto enjoys other dogs, he does not need one in the home to feel comfortable and would be just as happy being your one and only. Leto had also met our house cat Biggie and met him appropriately and was very respectful around him. He did not chase Biggie, nor was he bothered by Biggie jumping or doing what cats do. Biggie also seemed to feel comfortable around him as well. We do not know if he has ever lived in a home before with a cat and this was our first time seeing him with a cat. If you have a cat in the home, we can arrange for him to have a sleepover with a cat upon request. Just let us know! Leto is crate trained and has generally done well in his kennel. He also has good house manners when kept on a routine with regular potty breaks. He enjoys treats and takes them gently, because beneath all that spunky little-dog personality is a very polite gentleman. Leto has the potential to do well in an apartment or a home with a backyard where he can perfect his signature prance. He is the perfect mix of silly and sweet, ready to make you laugh with his little deer frolic before curling up beside you for cuddles. Winston Loyal Little Love is a 2-year-old Chihuahua/Rat Terrier mix with a gentle personality and a quiet, affectionate nature. He can be shy when meeting new people, but once he gets comfortable, he has shown that he can become a very devoted companion. Winston enjoys a calm approach and does best when he has a little time to settle into new surroundings. As he relaxes, more of his sweet personality begins to show. One of Winston’s favorite things is being outside. He loves soaking up the sunshine and spending time in the fresh air, and he does a great job on leash. Walks and outdoor time could easily become a favorite part of his routine with his future family.
