Meet Patty & Tilly – Bonded Sisters Looking for a Forever Home!Patty and Tilly are two sweet, spunky chihuahuas who found themselves in a difficult situation. Rescued from a large-scale dog hoarding case in Wisconsin, these adorable sisters are ready to begin their next chapter in a loving and patient home. Both Patty and Tilly are spayed, fully vetted, and have had extensive dental work due to the neglect they faced in their past. As a result, they will need to stay on a soft-food diet for the rest of their lives, but that doesn’t stop them from being full of love! While they’re still learning how to enjoy life as happy, healthy dogs, Patty and Tilly thrive in a calm environment where they can feel safe and secure. They are best suited for a home with other dogs their size, as larger dogs can be overwhelming for them. A quieter household with older or young adult children would be ideal, as younger kids may be too much for these shy girls to handle.Patty and Tilly are bonded sisters who have grown so close over time, and they would love to continue to be together in a forever home where they can continue their journey of healing. If you’re ready to give these precious girls the second chance they truly deserve, please visit eastshoreha.org to submit an application.Once approved, our staff will reach out to schedule a meet-and-greet – just a reminder, Patty and Tilly are in foster care, so please don’t visit the shelter without an appointment. We can`t wait to see these sweet girls find the loving home they`ve been waiting for!
We'll also keep you updated on Tilly's adoption status with email updates.

Story
This little 9# cutie is Dakota-he is around 6 years old. Gets along fine with dogs, but does not like them to get in his face, he sort of just stays to himself. Likes women a lot but does not trust men until he gets to know them real well. Likes children that are calmer and even smaller ones. Heartworm negative and neutered. Crates really well and sleeps all night. It is his safe quiet place so will go there on his own when he wants. He is being fed wet food mixed with dry, will not just eat dry since his previous owner fed him table food. He is a sweet little lap dog for someone who likes to sit with you and also lay on the back of my couch and nap. Walks well on a leash and does fine with car rides. Will go for walks and ride in a doggie stroller. Great for baths, grooming and nails also. Gave me kisses the entire time. He is now ready to find his very own furever family. An online application can be found at SandiPaws.org for this cutieThank you for your interest in a Sandi Paws Rescue, Inc. Please visit our site at sandipaws.org for more information on our organization or to fill out an application to adopt one of our pets. You can find information for volunteering on our site as well.

Check out our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for more pictures & videos of our adoptable dogs! To sponsor my trip to WI, go to  www.tailwaggers911.com  for more info! ***I am able to go home to my forever family right off of transport! You get a 5 day trial with me in your home. Put in your application soon!*** Please help me get out! I am currently in a place where there are lots of unwanted dogs and not all of us here get the chance I might have to leave! But in order to help me out of here to catch the ride to WI on February 7th and arrive on February 8th, I need *both* a sponsor, and a WI foster home *or* a WI adopter! I have a place for now, but I can't stay here forever and I am worried. The rescue has put a hold on me to save my spot on the trip up north to WI, but now they need YOUR help to get me there - don't wait!!! Updated: 1/20/2025 Litter Name: H-Trio Estimated Date of Birth: 11/11/2024 Dog Name: Harlow Sex: Female Estimated Breed Mix: Chihuahua mix Approximate Age: 10.5 weeks old Approximate Weight: 2-4lbs Adoption Fee: $550 Description: These tiny chihuahua mix girls are looking for their forever homes. Our Texas rescue partners saved them just before freezing temperatures hit the area- poor things were staying outside! These girls are so petite and cuddly- they will snuggle with you all day! This trio has short sleek coats and typical adorable chihuahua personalities!  We are a Wisconsin state licensed dog rescue -WI# 402433   ***We do not have a central adoption center at this time. All our dogs are in private foster homes within WI. At this time we only place our dogs in areas of WI. The breed of our dogs is our best guess with the help of our veterinarians. Our Weight Classes are as follows: 0- 25lbs - Small 26- 45lbs - Medium 46-89 - Large 90+ X-large If you are adopting an adult dog, which we consider 6 months of age or older, your adoption fee includes the following: Spay/Neuter, Rabies and Distemper shots, dewormed, flea & tick preventative, heartworm tested and microchipped. If you are adopting a dog younger than 6 months of age, the dog will be up to date on the shots as per the dogs age. The dog will be dewormed, flea/tick preventative and microchipped. We only spay/neuter our dogs once they're at least 6 months old. If you decide to adopt a younger dog than 6 months, they will need to be spayed/neutered by your veterinarian when they are between 6 to 8 months old. Proof that the spay/neuter has been completed will need to be submitted to Tailwaggers911. Once proof of the spay/neuter has been received, we will refund $100 of your adoption fee via Venmo, PayPal or have a check in the mail within 15 days. Once you are approved with our rescue, you can meet any one of our dogs within the fosters home. If you are interested in the dog you met, you can take the dog home under our mandatory foster to adopt program. You receive 5 days to see if the dog is the right fit for your home. If it is, we will conduct the home visit and finalize adoption. If it is not, it is returned to the foster. We are happy to find you another dog that meets your needs in your home. If a dog is listed as ADOPTION IN PROCESS, a family has met the dog and planning on adopting the dog after the home visit has been conducted. We always suggest sending in an application for a dog because there are times where the dogs are given back to us under the foster to adopt program. There are many reasons dogs are returned but normally it just was not the right fit for all. Please go to WWW.TAILWAGGERS911.COM under HOW TO ADOPT . We have an online application that is very easy to fill out. February 10, 2025, 5:44 pm

Check out our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for more pictures & videos of our adoptable dogs!Updated: 2/2/25 Dog Name: Ace Sex: Male Neuter Status: Ace is neutered Estimated Breed Mix: Chihuahua/Terrier mix Approximate Age: 7 Years Approximate Weight: 10 lbs Description: Looking for a companion who’s got plenty of personality? Ace is a 7-year-old, 10-pound bundle of energy who’s also a pro at lounging on the couch. Whether you’re in the mood to play or just hang out at home, Ace is happy to join you! He’s a cuddler at heart, but he also values his own space when it’s time to recharge. Ace is highly food-motivated, so training him with treats is a breeze! Although he already knows several commands, including sit, stay, off, walk, and even responds to “come Ace,” which shows how eager he is to please. He also walks well on a leash. Ace is housebroken, up-to-date on all his vetting, and neutered. Ace is good with other dogs but would do best in a home with children age 10 or older.  While Ace is an affectionate and loyal companion, he can be a little wary of new situations or people. He can sometimes react when he feels threatened or jealous, so he’ll do best in a home where he can have a calm, stable environment with no sudden changes. He thrives on a consistent routine and would love a household where he is the center of attention. Ace is a true companion who thrives on being close to you. If you’re looking for a loving dog who enjoys curling up by your side and relaxing together, Ace would be the perfect fit. He’s ready to offer his loyalty and affection in exchange for a safe, cozy home, and a few of his favorite toys! Ace will be your constant little sidekick, always there to keep you company.
