Story
Meet Kernel (aka Max), your soon-to-be best buddy! Hi there! My name is Kernel, but my foster mom affectionately calls me Max—and I kind of like it. I might come off a bit shy at first, but give me a little time and you'll find me curled up in your lap, handing out kisses like it’s my full-time job. I get along great with the other pups in my foster home (they're all around 35 lbs. and under), and I’ve even had some fun with the neighbor kids! Cats? I haven’t met any yet, so the jury’s still out. I walk nicely on a leash—though sometimes I get a little excited and try to lead the way. A secure yard where I can zoom and sniff would be ideal, and I’d love a doggy sibling to hang out with while you’re out. Snuggle time is very high on my list of favorite things, so don’t be surprised if I sneak into your arms for a cuddle session. I’m potty trained, and while the doggie door is still a bit of a mystery to me, I’m getting the hang of it with practice! Life’s giving me a fresh start, and I’m ready to soak it all in—especially if it involves adventures, soft blankets, and someone to love. Bonus: my ears are ridiculously cute. This is Doja! We came upon her when we went to pick up her brother to adopt. They were both so emaciated we couldn't in good conscience leave them where they were. Doja seems to have had a hard shelter life. Despite that her demeanor is damn near perfect. She's potty trained. Spayed. Had shots in shelter though no records. She's great! ..... if she's the only dog. Due to emaciation she is very food aggressive and resource guards. She also heavily polices any other dog around her and can become aggressive doing so. She needs to be a one dog household. She is princess material. Needs patience and love and to be adored. She is a sweetie with her humans. 2 years old She comes with kennel, toys, bag of dog food, dog bed..

Story
Crusty is 4 year old Heinz 57 variety dog. He was being fostered through a rescue that has since become defunct but his foster kept him to find him a good home on their own. Crusty originally came to his foster in a poor state. He was covered in cigarette burns and was very shy. He has healed 100% since that time and has become a great dog. He is very shy at first and would need a few days to decompress wherever he goes. He is kennel trained and housebroken and currently lives with other dogs. He gets along with other dogs but can be a bit pushy with male dogs. He does however love his lady friends. He’s not the sharpest tool in the shed, but he will make you laugh. It is unknown how he would do around kids or cats but I feel it would be better for him to go to home with older children who know how to be gentle with him or a no child home. He would also make a great only pet since attention is his favorite thing. He would love nothing more than to be your lapdog.
