Story
Meet Morti, a gentle and quiet min pin mix who is searching for her forever family. This sweet girl is just 1 year old and weighs 14 lbs, making her the perfect size to cuddle up with you on the couch. Morti is a true indoor dog, and when she's not snuggling, you can find her relaxing peacefully in her dog bed. She loves her chew toys and treats and is a pro at using her indoor voice! Morti is housebroken and gets along swimmingly with other dogs, making her an ideal companion for a playful pup looking for a friend. She's a bit shy and timid, so she'd love a patient family who can help her come out of her shell and feel safe and loved. Morti adores spending time outside, especially when she can chase squirrels and birds in a secure, fenced yard. She's a speedy little thing and loves to run! Morti is a loyal companion who just needs a little extra love and understanding. Could you be the special person she's been waiting for? If you're looking for a gentle, quiet, and independent girl to add to your family, Morti is the perfect match! If you think Morti could be the one, don't hesitate to reach out and take the first step towards welcoming this loving girl into your home! Story
Foxy| Chihuahua mix| 8 years old| 5lbs| Cat Friendly | Have you always secretly believed that napping should be an Olympic sport? Do you think any hour you aren't snuggling is kind of a waste of time? Do you find that even an ordinary night watching TV on the couch is something to cherish? Let us introduce you to Foxy. This tiny perfect creature is the most loving and affectionate dog you'll ever meet. She lives to cuddle and is very likely to insist "five more minutes!" when you try to get up in the morning. As much as she loves the soft life, she's also lively and full of personality (hello, Chihuahua). She likes to walk on leash, loves to eat her food, and gets very engrossed in her TV shows to the point that she lets out a little growl at the dogs on the screen! Foxy doesn't bark, and she has done well with the cats and dogs she has met. Foxy deserves a life of safety, love, and attention. She hasn't had a lot of those things in her past, and is absolutely soaking them up now. If you think you could shower this tiny girl with the big heart in all the love and nurturing she deserves, then please apply at the link: https://form.jotform.com/pawsacrossthewater/adoption-application

Story
QUICK FACTS Name: Kongsoon Age: Around 2 years old Gender: Female (Spayed) Breed: Chihuahua, Jindo mix Color: Brown Weight: 10kg / 22lbs Fully Vaccinated, Microchipped, and Dewormed.   MY RESCUE STORY Hi! I’m Kongsoon. I was rescued from a city pound where I was sadly placed on the euthanasia list because there wasn’t enough space. Luckily, kind rescuers saw my spirit and gave me a second chance at life! Now, I’m safe, healthy, and ready to find my forever home.   MY HEALTH All vaccinations up-to-date Spayed & no known health issues   MY PERSONALITY When you meet me, you’ll notice just how charming I am! My face is a rare and adorable mix of a Jindo and a Chihuahua — a combination you don’t see every day! I’m a little shy at first, but with gentle encouragement, I warm up quickly. I also get along well with other dogs and enjoy making new furry friends.   MY SOCIAL SKILLS · With People: I’m a little shy at first, but with some time and tasty treats, I quickly warm up and enjoy being petted. Once I trust you, I’ll happily show my belly — and you can even pick me up! · With Dogs: I’m friendly with dogs! I love meeting new furry friends, and playtime is one of my favorite parts of the day. I generally get along best with dogs bigger than me. · With Cats: I haven’t had much experience with cats yet, so my reaction is still unknown.   ENERGY LEVEL & ACTIVITY I have a high energy level and need plenty of playtime and walks outside before I can relax and settle indoors.   TRAINING & HABITS I walk well on leash and follow my handler’s lead nicely. I don’t guard my food against people, but I can be sensitive around other dogs during mealtime and may growl to protect my space — separate feeding is recommended with multiple dogs. I can bark for attention or when meeting strangers, but I rest calmly in my kennel and prefer to potty outdoors. I do have some separation anxiety and, in the past, have chewed or had accidents when left alone. I’ll need guidance and patience as I adjust to my new family. I’m full of energy and love adventures, so it’s important I get plenty of exercise and playtime before being left alone.   MY IDEAL HOME I’m searching for a patient, loving family who can help me grow and become the best version of myself. I’ll thrive in a home with: A very active family that will provide me with plenty of outdoor walks and adventure! A family who understands my love for food and is patient in helping me feel comfortable eating around other dogs. A family that understands my initial shyness and provide me with gentle encouragement so I learn to become more confident.   SPECIAL NOTES I warm up quickly and absolutely adore people! I love snuggling with my foster family at night and showering them with kisses. I get along well with all dogs, though I need a little guidance around food — I don’t mind sharing treats, but I’m sensitive if other dogs approach my bowl during mealtime. I have a playful, mischievous side that keeps life fun and entertaining! While I usually rest calmly in my kennel, I’ve recently started a little game of sneaking away, showing off my cheeky personality. I’m a level 2 rescue dog, which means I’ll need a few days to settle in and may be a bit shy at first in my new home.   Kongsoon's YouTube Playlist   Apply to foster or adopt: https://www.welcomedogkorea.org For Inquiries: info@welcomedogkorea.com ##2572827##
