Fiona is a beautiful 9-year-old Chow Chow mix with the softest, fluffiest coat and an even sweeter personality. This lovely dog enjoys taking life at her own pace and is happiest exploring the world one sniff at a time. On walks, you`ll usually find her following her nose, taking in all the exciting scents around her. Fiona already knows sit and paw, and she`s always happy to show off her manners for a treat or a little praise. While she`s affectionate and gentle, she also has an independent side that makes her an easygoing companion. Whether you`re looking for a laid-back walking buddy or a fluffy best friend to share your days with, Fiona is ready to fill that role. If you are interested in adopting, please visit Women`s Animal Center to fill out an application in person. Daisy is 3 years old, 48 pounds, and full of personality. This fun sized girl has become a total favorite with our staff and volunteers, and honestly, it’s easy to see why. She’s silly, spunky, loves her people, and has never once turned down a snack offered by her many admirers here at the shelter. Daisy is currently enjoying her “a little extra fluffy” era and fully supports being spoiled. We learned she’s almost half Chow Chow, which explains so much about her loyal and devoted personality. Daisy is the kind of dog who picks her people carefully, but once she loves you, she’s your biggest fan forever. She loves attention, treats, adventures, and spending time with her favorite humans. Daisy has so much love, joy, and personality packed into her adorable chunky little self, and we know there’s a home out there that’s going to absolutely adore her. Come meet Daisy and see why everyone here is obsessed with her. *Reminder* We are currently facilitating adoptions through appointment only. And despite what she’s been through, Nova is a sweetheart. ❤️ 🐾 Good with kids 🐱 Good with cats — she basically ignores them! 🐶 Generally good with other dogs ❤️ Playful, affectionate & active but manageable 🏡 Crate trained & working on house training 🎓 Knows sit and come ✂️ Spayed & vaccinated Nova loves playing outside and going for walks, but she’s equally happy coming inside and stretching out in the AC with her people. 🥰 She can be a little unsure around men and occasionally gets overwhelmed by very energetic dogs, so she just needs someone willing to give her patience and security. He’s past the puppy chaos but still full of personality and joy. His absolute favorite pastime? Watching TV. And not casually — he has opinions. Love Is Blind is currently his show of choice, and he’ll happily binge alongside you, fully invested in the drama. Every single morning, Bailey has a non-negotiable ritual: he demands to hold hands with his foster. It started sweet… and now it’s the official way to begin the day. He reaches out, locks in, and won’t let go until he’s satisfied. It’s safe to say this boy bonds deeply and loves hard. Bailey also takes his personal growth seriously. Regular trips to The Home Depot are part of his training routine, where he works on manners, confidence, and remaining focused through distractions. Pay no attention to breed here….Ms. Beary is a mix of so many breeds - we stopped counting at 15 breeds so we just say she the best of ALL the breeds! Ms. Beary Berries is 75 lbs, and about 5 years old. She is crate trained and house-trained. She also walks well on the leash. She is great with people and with children. Beary is very bonded to her daughter, Blue Berries however she is dog selective otherwise. She tends to be an Alpha and her reaction to other dogs depends more on their dominance. For this reason it would be best if the Berries were the only two dogs in their home. Ms. Beary is part of a bonded pair so she will need to stick her with her daughter Blue Berry.
