Story
This is a courtesy post for the owner of this dog.  You will not be adopting from Castle of Dreams Animal Rescue. Please contact the owner directly through the contact info provided below. Brave is a 2 year old cocker spaniel. This is what his foster family says about him... Brave is two years young and looking for his forever family.  Brave is crate trained, potty trained and knows to sit, wait, leave it and place.  He is very smart and food motivated!  He is neutered, up to date on all of his shots and behaves well at the vet.   Brave and his Foster Mom are working with a Trainer to address his reactivity when walking on a leash.  He will need someone who is willing to keep up the training he has done so far and can continue to make progress.   Brave loves adventure, playing with his toys, hunting for them in hide and seek play and especially going for walks.   He would do best in a home without other pets and with older kids and he is very used to kids coming in and out.  Brave needs someone to be patient because he can have his guard up at first but he is  just frightened of new people sometimes and you will see his tail wagging.  Once he gets to know you, Brave can be very loving and is happiest by your side or lying on his bed near you.  He is such a sweet boy and has so much love to give!   If you are interested in making Brave part of your family, please contact Beth at sharackb68@gmail.com        October 19, 2026, 6:18 pm

Story
Hello everyone! Unfortunately, I’m looking to rehome my 6 month old male Cocker Spaniel, Mylo, and I’m hoping to find him a loving and responsible home. Mylo is crate trained and house trained, and he knows several basic tricks. He is a sweet, playful puppy who deserves a home that can give him plenty of love, attention, exercise, and care. He will come with his crate and some of his other belongings to help make the transition easier. There will be a small rehoming fee to help ensure he goes to a responsible home and to help cover some of the veterinary expenses he has received. Mylo is not neutered at this time. I’m looking for someone who will treat him like family and is prepared for the time, patience, and responsibility that comes with a young dog. Please message me if you’re genuinely interested and would like more information about Mylo.

Story
Clover (Buddy) is a gorgeous 2 1/2 year old Cocker Spaniel/Shi tzu mix who needs a new forever home! He also responds to the name “Buddy”.Clover just loves a nice long walk with a person he loves. He is a curious boy and enjoys sightseeing during his walks.Clover attaches quickly to one person and is fearful of those he doesn’t know. He has shown some protectiveness over his previous owner. We recommend he be the only pet in the home.Clover lights up when it’s time to play! He has a blast playing with his toys and can be protective of them as well. A potential adopter would need to visit several times in order to win his trust and get to know him. This pup has so much potential if given the time and patience that he needs. An adopter would need to commit to working with a trainer as needed to help him build his confidence and learn to trust others. Due to his special needs, we are only seeking a local adopter who lives in a single family home.Clover is neutered, microchipped, heart worm free, approximately 30 pounds, and up to date on all vaccines. If you’d like to meet this handsome boy, please email adopt@bobbicares.org to arrange a visit appointment. All of our adoptions are local only.

Story
🐶 Looking for a New Family for Lego 📍 Location: New York Lego was adopted as a young puppy but was sadly surrendered by his owner after three years. He grew up in an unstable environment with frequent travel back and forth to Boston, which made it difficult for him to form a secure attachment with his guardian. Because of this instability, in moments of fear, panic, or overwhelming stress, he has shown a few defensive or warning bites Lego needs a family who can meet him in person, understand his behavior clearly, and provide the consistent, reassuring environment he needs. City life is simply too overwhelming for him. With a quiet environment and a patient, steady guardian, Lego has every chance to continue improving and becoming more stable. The greatest hope is for Lego to find a peaceful home where he can finally rest. 📌 Basic Information Name: Lego Age: 4 years Gender: Male Weight: 25 lbs Breed: Jindo × Cocker Spaniel mix Color: Brown & White 🐾 Personality & Behavior People: Very fearful/reactive toward new people, warms up more easily to shorter women Children: Not recommended Other Dogs: Best as the only dog Shows resource guarding around food; must be fed separately Cats: Unknown Potty Trained: Yes Crate Trained: No Energy Level: High Touch/Handling: Uncomfortable with physical contact Barking: Quiet when alone; barks at doorbells or hallway noises when someone is home Escape Tendencies: None — manageable with “sit” and “wait” Walking: Martingale collar recommended; pulls with a harness Car Rides: Nervous initially, settles on longer rides Yard: Ideal, but a quiet neighborhood is also fine Living with Other Dogs: Not suitable 🔎 What Lego Needs Lego has fear-based reactivity. His current guardian has invested significant time, training, and management, and he has shown meaningful progress. However, Lego needs: A guardian experienced with reactive or anxious dogs A consistent daily routine A calm environment with low stimulation 🧡 Please Consider Becoming Lego’s Family Once he bonds, Lego is goofy, affectionate, and deeply loyal. He is waiting for a forever family who can provide the quiet suburban environment where he can truly thrive.

Story
Joey is an approximately two-year-old neutered male Cocker Spaniel with energy to burn and a lot of love to give. He would thrive with an active adult only family and a secure, fenced-in yard where he can run and play. He wouldn’t be happy in a busy city, instead he shine best in a quieter setting. Right now, Joey is being fostered in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area, living with two female dogs, and he gets along well with them. He is learning every day and patiently waits for his forever home.  If you believe you may be the right match for Joey, please complete an adoption application at: www..nyabandonedangels.com To apply: 1.
