Story
We pulled little Jeffery from a high-kill shelter in CA with 44 minutes to spare. Jeffery is the life of the party! Pony hopping up and down the yard, any chance he gets. He is a wildly intelligent dog. He is a big fan of other dogs, that are gentle with him. His energy is unlike anything we've ever felt. He's a very special boy. Someone described him as a "new soul" and that connected all the pieces, that's exactly what it feels like! He is almost completely deaf and has some vision impairment, more so affecting him at night. Jeffery has a smaller forebrain and cerebellum than most dogs, causing a slight wobble and unsteady gait. He's completely self-sufficient and can move and potty on his own. His disability doesn't get in his way whatsoever! As far as we know, Jeff was born like this. We have been working to implement touch training with him to better communicate and give him the structure and boundaries all dogs strive for! Interested in learning more about Jeffery? Story
3.5 year old Chocolate Heeler (Stumpy-Tailed Australian Cattle Dog) named Carl. He is neutered and has received all vaccinations, shots, and is also micro-chipped. Carl is an active and fun-loving dog. House trained, kennel trained, knows all basic commands like sit, lay down, stay, come, walk, go get it, door, potty, gentle, treat, play, adventure (car ride), and park. Adores his teddy bear, loves to play fetch at the park, really likes rawhide chews (doesn't have bad breath), and can play hide-and-seek with toys. Very intelligent and loyal. $75 rehoming fee to a loving home where he can be happy and active. We are sadly unable to keep him due to changing lifestyle and unable to give him the activity and attention he deserves. Would do best with an active single person or an active couple without kids or pets!

Story
MEET  PICASSO & DA VINCI!! These two love bugs were found in a ditch in Eloy. They were dehydrated and so very hungry, but they were happily wagging their tail as soon as a rescuer approached and boosted them out of the ditch and happily hopped into their rescuer's car. These brothers are hilarious, they love to romp around and wrestle each other. Once they are all tuckered out, they snuggle up together.  These boys are sweet as honey, love affection and want so much love. Please understand they have all the typical puppy energy and behaviors. They have some basic training and are house trained and doggy door trained, but they will need a dedicated person to patiently teach them the ropes. If kept occupied, they are not destructive and choose toys over things to chew on. Picasso and Da Vinci need to be a part of a family--not yard dogs. They love soft beds and pillows, and they deserve them. Originally thought to need to be adopted together, they can be adopted separate as they are growing more confidence from one another.  Please only inquire if you understand puppy behavior and are willing to spend the time to continue their training and include them in the family. Are you ready to shower these deserved boys with all the love? Meet them today! *These boys have a lot of big energy, smaller children in the home will not be ideal If you are interested in meeting this dog, please visit our website for our online application www.underdogaz.com  April 30, 2024, 11:17 am
