Luna and her brother Ollie (littermates) have been inseparable since day one. 6 years old. They are affectionate snuggly pups who adore loves, naps and play. They love to walk and no chew toy stands a chance! We live in a small apartment with a toddler and one on the way. My husband and I both work which means we just can’t give them the quality of life they deserve! Luna does not do well with other dogs she is a bit possessive (only with dogs) of her brother and we havent been able to socialize them well due to lifestyle. Ollie is playful with other dogs but can be over excited. They are patient and sweet with kids but not with kids toys they will sneak and chew any toys they can get their paws on. But lots of kisses to make up for it! They are very attached and would need to find a home together. I couldn’t separate them when I rescued them and just can’t do that now. Looking for a home that can give them the attention and exercise they deserve.

Hi, my name is Poppy! I have a heart full of love, energy and a tail that never stops wagging. My foster family thinks I’m a Canaan/Heeler mix, and I’ll likely stay on the smaller side—under 50 lbs—when I’m all grown up. I’m spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all my vaccinations. I’m also crate trained, house trained, and walk nicely on a leash. I know my basic commands like “sit,” “stay,” and “down”—pretty impressive for a young pup, right? I can be a little shy when meeting new people, but I warm up quickly and will soon be your loyal little shadow. I’m currently being fostered with other dogs from 12 to 70 lbs, and I love to play with them! I might have a bit of Heeler in me because I have a silly habit of trying to “herd” my doggie friends when we’re racing around the yard. Like any growing puppy, I need plenty of exercise, toys, and walks to keep me happy and healthy. I’d probably do best with kiddos over 8 and might really enjoy having an older dog sibling to look up to. Once I’ve had my playtime, I’m all about the snuggles—I love being close to my humans and will happily curl up next to you for some chill time. Meet Yo-Yo.. aka Goat! He was 1 of the 8 dogs that was lucky enough to fly to the US from Costa Rica to get a new chance at life. He has been in foster care since May of 2023! Yo-Yo is left with neurological issues per the Costa Rica sanctuary that he came from. You can see this when he walks. His name fits his personality perfectly! He acts like a goat nibbling on everything. He is a goof ball who's extremely loveable. He does great with all the dogs he is with in his foster home and his great with the kids in the home. He loves to snuggle blankets and his peanut butter kongs! We suggest a home with kids older than 8 because he can at times resource guard his bones and food. Yo-Yo has incontinence so he does wear a belly band in his foster home. He does not usually have an issue and maybe has 2-3 small spots a day if the band is off. We believe him to be a cattle dog mix who deserves a very special home of his own! His foster is in Tucson, AZ, but comes to the Phoenix/East Valley area often.
