Story
Zeppelin – Ready to rock with my furever home! 🤘🏻 Move over, rock legends, there’s a new Zeppelin in town! I’m 6 months old, still growing into these oversized paws, and destined to be a chart-topper. Right now, I’m perfecting my “award-winning bark” - the kind of howl that could hit #1 if only I could get into the recording studio. The only thing holding me back? I need my forever family to sign me first! I may start off a little shy, but give me a verse or two and my goofy, playful side comes through (especially if there’s a stuffed toy mic involved). I jam well with all kinds of bandmates!!! Dogs, humans, and even cats (though the cats think my puppy solos are a little too energetic sometimes). At night, I’m good with my kennel backstage pass, but I would happily trade it for a snuggle on the tour bus couch (aka your bed). My soft fur keeps the fans lining up for pets, and my unique little bark hints that I might have a touch of beagle in the mix — talk about vocal range! I’m working hard on potty training, eating politely with my foster pack, and trying to master the leash. Honestly, if leashes came with snacks, I’d already be a headliner. Like the classic “Thank You” says: “When mountains crumble to the sea, there will still be you and me.” That’s the duet I’m looking for - a forever hit with my perfect match. So, if you are ready to help me drop my first single and climb the Billboard charts, adopt me quickly! Together, we’ll make history… and maybe even go platinum in love. I am neutered, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines and microchipped. I will come to you current on heartworm/flea/tick preventatives. My adoption fee is $275. Meet-and-greets will be scheduled with approved adopters from PawsitiveTailsKC.org. 🖤🤎❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤍💜💙💚💛🧡❤️🤎🖤 APPLY @ PawsitiveTailsKC.org 🖤🤎❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤍💜💙💚💛🧡❤️🤎🖤

Story
Finn is just a cool dude. He is exactly who they’re talking about when people say that dogs are your “best friend.” Just because he’s an adult dog and he’s in rescue doesn’t mean he has baggage or issues. To the contrary, actually. He’s a really good guy who has found himself in need of a home. First, the doggie demographics: He is 2 years old and weighs 58 pounds, and he’s a Staffordshire Terrier/Red Heeler mix. Now, the fun stuff about our best boy. Finn loves his person(s) and is happiest when you are doing whatever you do. His company is the optimistic, reassuring kind of company – not too clingy or needy. Are you headed to check on the laundry? Finn wants to know if it’s ready, too. Going to the table to open your computer and crank out some emails? Finn knows you do your best work when he’s laying at your feet or snoring – sorry Finn, we mean “deep breathing” – in his dog bed. Sitting down to relax at the end of the day? Finn will help himself to your lap, or to that cozy dent in the cushion right next to you. He knows sit, down, stay and kennel, and he’ll do almost anything you say when there’s a yummy treato involved. He’s also good on the leash and enjoys a nice walk. You’ll be able to train him quickly, between his smarts and his love for treats. He also loves a good chew toy. Finn gets along great with other dogs and plays with his foster dog siblings. He’d be equally happy to have a person or three or four who dote on him without another canine buddy, too, though. He hasn’t met a cat yet. He sleeps all night in his crate, and he’s not a super early riser; his foster family often has to wake him up in the morning, lol. He is both house-trained and crate-trained. When he’s in play mode, he might be a bit too rambunctious for small children. But he’d love a kid playmate who is ready to roll with him. He’ll make endless friends, no doubt. Finn is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and current on heartworm/flea/tick preventatives. His adoption fee is $175. You’ve gotta meet him! Apply to adopt him at PawsitiveTailsKC.org, and his foster will be in touch to set up a meeting once you’re approved. 🖤🤎❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤍💜💙💚💛🧡❤️🤎🖤 APPLY @ PawsitiveTailsKC.org 🖤🤎❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤍💜💙💚💛🧡❤️🤎🖤

Story
Herbert is a quirky, smart dog with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He’s incredibly loyal, loves to snuggle, enjoys car rides and walks, and knows sit, crate, leave it, come, and place. He’s fearless, funny, and guaranteed to keep you smiling. Herbert is truly a one-person dog who wants his own human to bond with. He thrives as the only pet, where he doesn’t have to share attention and can be someone’s full-time best friend and co-pilot. He loves structure, routine, and being part of whatever you’re doing. He’s bright, eager to learn, and occasionally shows classic heeler-style nips when excited, but with boundaries and consistency he settles in well. We’re rehoming him because the fit with our pets isn’t right. Herbert is ready for a home where he can be the center of someone’s world — and he’ll give you unmatched loyalty in return.
