Story
My daughter got this dog from a random lady on Facebook in central KS... and then she moved out and didn't take her. I do not have time nor energy for her. She's very active, super sweet but also just a LOT. She's a chewer, digger, runner and loud talker. She's probably do great with an active person or couple, big family with hustle bustle as she loves kids and affection, or a home where she's solo and gets all the attention. She's appx a year to a year and half old, not more than 40ish lbs.

These pups are in Overland Park, Kansas too!

Story
Marley • 6 Years Old • 70 lbs Cattle Dog / Hound Mix (Best Guess) Marley is a sweet, happy 6-year-old mixed breed girl who’s ready to find her forever home. She’s housebroken and making great progress with crate training — sleeping quietly in her crate at night, though she prefers being out and about with her people during the day. Marley currently lives with a large-breed canine companion and does wonderfully with other dogs. She especially loves spending time outdoors and will require a securely fenced yard where she can safely enjoy one of her favorite activities. One thing Marley is continuing to learn is greeting manners. She gets very excited when her people come home and may jump up out of pure joy. This was allowed in her previous home, but she’s learning that all four paws belong on the floor, and she’s making good progress with positive reinforcement. Because of her size and enthusiasm, Marley would do best in a home with older children. If you’re looking for a loving, happy companion who enjoys being part of the family and is ready to keep learning, Marley may be your perfect match. Marley’s breed mix is a best guess based on appearance; her exact breed makeup is unknown. All Heart of America Humane Society dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines. Adoption fee: $225 Our dogs are in foster homes across the KC metro. We do not have a shelter facility. Apply to adopt Marley: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/HAUS/Dog

Story
My name is Lucky&#44 and Ive been practicing my best pick me! smile for the day I finally get to call someones home my own. Im a one-year-old mixed-breed boy with a goofy streak a mile wide and enough enthusiasm to power a small city. Life&#44 to me&#44 is one big game&#44 and Im always ready to zoom&#44 bounce&#44 wiggle&#44 and play my way through every moment. Whether Im wrestling with another dog&#44 tossing toys in the air for myself&#44 or sprinting joyful laps around the yard&#44 Im happiest when Im moving and making the world feel fun.

Im a handsome&#44 happy guy with a heart full of love and a brain that lights up the second treats or toys appear. That means training wont just be easy for me-itll be exciting. Im eager to learn&#44 eager to please&#44 and eager to show off how clever I can be. I do best in a home that enjoys an active lifestyle&#44 because Ive got energy to spare and I want to share every bit of it with my people. Id be great with kids over five&#44 since my zoomies can get a little... enthusiastic&#44 and Id hate to accidentally topple a tiny human in my excitement.

What I want most is a family who laughs at my silliness&#44 appreciates my big personality&#44 and gives me the space to run&#44 play&#44 and grow into the amazing companion Im meant to be. If youre looking for a dog who will fill your days with joy&#44 motion&#44 and a whole lot of goofy charm&#44 Im right here waiting to make your home my forever place.
