WE ARE A TX-BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org 🧭🐾 Meet Journey — A Sweet Soul Ready to Find Her Way Home 🐾🧭 Journey is a 1-year-old, ~40-pound sweetheart who has spent her puppyhood waiting for something every dog deserves — a family of her own. Born into an unwanted litter, Journey and her siblings grew up without the comforts of home life: no cozy couches, no bedtime routines, and no humans calling her name just because they love her. Yet through it all, Journey’s heart remained gentle, hopeful, and full of love. Journey is friendly, affectionate, and playful, with a soft, loving nature that makes her impossible not to adore. She does great with other dogs and kids, and has a beautiful balance of curiosity and calm. She’s the kind of girl who will happily explore the world with you and then settle in close, just to be sure she’s exactly where she belongs. Her mom is a heeler/border collie mix around 40 lbs, and dad remains a mystery — a charming wanderer who passed along good looks and great genes. Whatever the mix, Journey inherited intelligence, athleticism, and a loyal heart that’s ready to bond deeply with her people. Journey would thrive with an active, loving family who enjoys walks, playtime, and adventures, but also values togetherness and connection. She’s eager to learn, ready to blossom, and so deserving of the life she’s been patiently waiting for. 🐕 Journey’s Details: ✅ 1 year old, ~40 lbs ✅ Sweet, affectionate, and people-oriented ✅ Great with dogs and kids ✅ Playful, gentle, and loyal ✅ Smart and eager to learn ✅ Waiting for her forever family Journey doesn’t need much — just a chance, a safe place to land, and someone willing to love her wholeheartedly. Story
Meet Bright! The first time you see him you will be captivated by his smile! He is the happiest dog you will ever meet & OMG he is so smart! If you’re holding a treat he will sit, come & even stand up & beg!! Bright is the size of a Kelpie with German shepherd coloring & fur! We can’t afford to DNA test so we’re going to guess that he’s a super mutt! He is around 1.5 year old & 46 lbs! He has a very shepherd personality who’s been through professional behavior training so he’s an incredibly talented guy but still has a goofball side. Bright may be well trained but personality os personality and he’s not compatible with young children or small animals. We do require participation in learning his training skills to make sure he’s the right fit forever. Bright is smart, sassy & bouncy! He loves toys & will do anything for a treat. Bright is good in a crate, loves the car & would love to be the center of your world!! Apply to adopt him today!! All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.   November 14, 2025, 7:43 pm
