Story
Hi! I'm Lucy. I'm around 10 months old, 20 pounds and love people and other dogs! Don't let my looks decieve you, I may look like a cute corgi, but I'm pretty sure that I am part giraffe! I mean, look at my long and stunning neck! How could I not be a decendent from those magnificant animals?! I've been in the shelter in Nashville, and while the staff there are super nice, that's no place for a little lady like me. I tend to daydream about my own sun spot on a couch or floor where I can stretch out my legs and show how long they really are!! Ok, so they aren't really that long, but a girl can dream. As an aside, I don't think that I'd very well in a house with cats. They just run so fast that they are fun to chase! I am a herding breed afterall. Are you ready for a partner in crime? Or snuggles? Reach out to Better Together Dog Rescue and let them know that you want to take me home! ##2018099##

Story
Rufus is a sweet and shy two year old Corgi mix. He currently lives with another corgi who he is very close with. Both of the dogs are available for adoption, and ideally we would love to rehome them together. Rufus loves to run and is very affectionate. Unfortunately, we are not physically able to manage the dogs anymore because of our own health. We would love to see him, and his "sister" ,Addie, go to a loving home where he could run and play. He is very skiddish around other dogs, and takes time to warm up to new people, noises etc. Addie (also 2) is the opposite - quickly friendly and loves attention! We are happy to provide more information on both dogs. Rufus would do best in an environment that is consistent and predictable. The owner needs to be comfortable walking a dog that has a fair amount of strength.

*Name: Ollie (neutered male) *Age: 5 years*Current Weight: 18 pounds*Rescued from: Puerto Rico*Adoption fee: $550 (includes $50 refundable positive training commitment deposit)*Health: Up to date on vaccines Hello, my name's Ollie! I'm a super sweet and small guy rescued from the streets of Puerto Rico. I appear to be a mix of Corgi and Weiner dog breeds- unknown but I am 100% ready to be your couch potato bestie. I am looking for my new forever home where I can give and recieve all the love, will it be you?  Ollie is good at navigating 1-2 laid back adults in a quiet home. He needs time to come out of his shell, but when he does he is looking to his human for comfort and direction. We suspect Ollie was not treated very nicely by all humans in his past.  To apply to adopt, fill out an application at www.rescueallthedogs.org/adopt. Please note that RnR is a volunteer-based organization. While volunteers review applications as quickly as possible, it is helpful if you review the following information about our adoption process:LISTED BREED(S) & AGE: We are taking our best guess on age, breed, and size when fully grown, based on the dog's physical appearance and what we might have learned about one or both parents. We rarely know a dog's exact age or full breed mix of dogs, as our information is usually limited.RNR’s ADOPTION PROCESS: The first step in adopting or meeting one of our adoptable pups is to fill out an application at www.rescueallthedogs.org/adopt. Once we receive your application, one of our volunteers will contact you, review our adoption process, and answer any additional questions you may have. It is important to note that we do not go on a first-come-first-serve basis for adoptions but on the best fit for a family and, most importantly, the dog.MEETING ADOPTABLE DOGS: Meet and greets will not be scheduled until your adoption application is submitted and reviewed.APPLYING ONLINE: When completing an application, please do so from a computer (not a mobile device); make sure you answer ALL the questions in as much detail as possible and that you receive a confirmation email. ##1951668##

Story
We adopted Bella as an estimated 1-2 year old as a rescue. We’ve had her for 7 years. She loves to sit on your lap and would sleep right next to you if allowed. She is very good with kids. We currently have 4 young kids and she has never growled or shown any aggressive behavior. She loves going outside for walks, but she’s just as happy to watch TV on your lap all day. She’s fully house trained. She did not respond well to a crate. We let her free roam the house when we are out and she’s never chewed or damaged anything. We are looking for a home that could give her the attention she needs. She wants to have contact with people and snuggle and we have a 5th baby on the way and we are just struggling to make time for her. She’s been extremely healthy for us. She’s never had any disease, sickness, or physical ailment that needed to be treated. She could use training for commands and barking (wildlife, new people)
