Story
We call Garnet a Velcro dog because she's super affectionate. In fact, she loves being around people! She's a 5-year-old, 45-pound mix of Corgi and Terrie. She has a short and stocky build and every bit of it is filled with love! That includes walks, too! Offer her a leash and she'll be right with you as you stroll down the street! &#194&#147This girl is an absolute delight,&#194&#148 says her foster! You'll think so, too! (posted 11/19/25, ME) Adoption Fee: $395.00-- covers microchip, worming, all vaccines, monthly heart worm preventative, monthly tick/flea preventative, spaying/neutering, health certificate, and complete medical records. Transport Fee: $160.00-- We consider the transport to be of great importance and, as such, take particular care of the dogs during the trip. We make every effort to arrive with healthy and minimally stressed dogs. **It is rare that we know with certainty the ages or mixes that make up our dogs, but we do our best to be as accurate as possible based upon our experience. **November 19, 2025, 11:03 am

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. At 9 years old and 16 lbs., Wheezy was surrendered to the shelter when her owner became ill and could no longer care for her. To say she was scared is an understatement.  Wheezy was very happy to get out of the shelter with us and simply cuddled up for a nice ride home.   Wheezy is good with both dogs and cats. She is well-behaved in the home and can be left home without being destructive. The best news of all, she is housebroken. She is a great girl who is looking for a second chance with a family of her own. Wheezy has been vaccinated, spayed, microchipped and had a dental done where they needed to remove several of her teeth. Wheezy has recently been diagnosed with Cushing disease which is being treated with daily medication. OUR RESCUE WILL COVER THE COST OF HER MEDICATION. She is doing great with it and will make a wonderful pet for a lucky family. Story
Jack is a sweet little cuddle bug who bonds deeply with his person. He is approx one year old and just 17 lbs.  Once Jack trusts you, he’s incredibly loving and devoted, always ready to curl up close. Because he only has one eye, it can take him a moment to warm up to new people, but patience is all he needs to shine. Jack does wonderfully with his foster’s other dog, but he is not good with cats and would do best in a home without small children.  Since he has only one eye, he gets scared when kids run up on him. He’d be perfectly happy in an apartment, as long as it’s a calm environment without lots of people coming and going—he will bark when strangers enter. Jack loves squeaky and soft toys, is fine being left alone either in or out of a crate, and settles well. He can be a bit of an escape artist, so a secure home (and no little ones who might open doors) is important. For the right person, Jack will be a loyal, affectionate companion who gives endless love.Interested in adopting this pet?Click here for BCAA's on-line Application! PLEASE NOTE: Our adoption fee helps to cover our expenses and includes all shots, *age appropriate*, distemper and rabies, fecal check, spay/neuter, heartworm test, grooming, and in many cases dental and also the fee we pay when we rescue from a shelter. Story
●Rescue Story Diah was rescued from the euthanasia list at "Jeongeup City Shelter" in South Korea. Thanks to timely intervention, she was given a second chance at life and moved into a foster home, where she has been able to show her true personality in a safe and loving environment. ●Temperament & Behavior Diah is a very people-loving dog. She is comfortable even with strangers touching her and often approaches first, asking for affection. As soon as someone pets her, she happily rolls onto her back, inviting more love and belly rubs. She gets along well with other dogs and can live in a multi-dog household. While she may feel a bit overwhelmed by dogs that play very roughly, once she has time to get to know them, she plays happily with dogs of all sizes—running, playing, and engaging in gentle wrestling. Her compatibility with cats has not yet been tested. ●Walking & Daily Life At first, Diah seemed a bit timid on walks, but with consistent leash training she has learned to walk nicely while matching her handler’s pace. Loud noises or passing cars may briefly startle her, causing her to pause, but if given a moment to calmly wait, she regains confidence and continues walking, sniffing around and enjoying her surroundings. She has no food allergies, is not a picky eater, and eats well. Her shedding level is moderate, about 5 out of 10. ●Habits & Training Diah uses indoor pee pads about 80% of the time and goes potty outdoors about 20% of the time. She tolerates baths and brushing well and remains calm during grooming. She does not show separation anxiety and is comfortable staying alone. She rarely barks, only giving a short bark occasionally at the doorbell. She rides extremely well in the car with no motion sickness. When placed in a car seat, she calmly lies down, naps, watches people, or looks out the window. ●Likes & Personality Diah loves playing with toys and engaging in gentle play. She is currently living in a foster home. ●Personality (Three Words): Perfect, affectionate, and easygoing.

Story
** Current location: in a foster home in South Korea ** Meet Bori! She was rescued from euthanasia at a city shelter in Korea. • Rescue Story Bori was rescued from a difficult environment and has since been given the chance to live in a safe home setting. When she first arrived, she was shy and cautious around people, especially unfamiliar ones. Over time, while living with her foster family, she has slowly begun to open up and show her gentle and thoughtful personality. With patience and consistency, Bori continues to grow more comfortable with human interaction and daily routines. • Personality: Gentle, mellow, and sweet • Bathing: She's afraid of water but tolerates it well. • Brushing: She doesn't like it, but she tolerates it • Shedding: Moderate • Energy level: 3 on a scale of 1-10 • Eating habits: Not picky, eats everything except for fruit • Allergies: None identified • Walking manners: Loves to sniff. No leash pulling • Dislikes: She's scared of loud noises • Favorite things: kisses, treats, and zoomies • Car rides (motion sickness): Loves car rides • House-trained: indoors on pee-pads • Barking/Howling: Rarely barks. Very quiet. • Separation anxiety: None • Crate-trained: Never crate-trained, but she knows how to go in and stay. • Aggression: none • Commands: Shake hands, sit, kisses • Additional Notes Bori is naturally shy and tends to be cautious around adult men. She enjoys treats very much and absolutely loves car rides—especially drives where she can feel the breeze through an open window. She would do well in most households, but because she prefers outdoor potty breaks, at least one daily walk is essential. Due to her mild separation anxiety, a home where long or frequent absences are common may be challenging for her. Bori is a smart, gentle, and well-mannered dog who adapts well to her environment. She is not picky about food and eats very well. When raised with patience and love, she becomes affectionate and gives that love back wholeheartedly. She is hoping to find a family who can offer her plenty of care, consistency, and affection.
