Story
Say hello to Otis, the short-legged, big-hearted charmer looking for his forever home! This roughly 2–3-year-old , 25 lb Corgi is a walking bundle of joy on four tiny legs. Otis brings the perfect mix of playful energy and total sweetheart vibes, he's the kind of dog who'll happily chase a toy for twenty minutes and then flop right into your lap for some pets. Otis plays well with other pups, so he'd fit right into a multi-dog household or would make a great solo pup. He is playful and good with kids, although he does have that Corgi-nipping tendency, so would recommend slightly older kids. He is also crate trained and does well overnight in a crate.  He is still working on housebreaking. Otis is looking for a family ready to match his love with belly rubs, backyard zoomies and snuggles. If you've got room in your home (and your heart) for a low-rider with a huge personality, Otis might just be your perfect match. Email us at AlmostHome4Dogs@yahoo.com for an application.   (Local adoptions preferred — Philadelphia and tri-state area [South Jersey and northern Delaware] only.) PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTACTING US! We are NOT a shelter: All of our dogs live in private homes with foster families. Come and meet the Almost Home dogs and their fosters at our Meet & Greet events, where you can learn more about our wonderful dogs from the people who live with them, find out which dogs are on their way and when they’ll arrive, and fill out an application to adopt or foster. We cannot adopt to homes where electric-shock fencing systems or training collars are used. For more information on the dangers of electric-shock collars, please visit banshockcollars.ca/studies.php . We do not have an online adoption application; to request an application, e-mail us at AlmostHome4Dogs@yahoo.com. To speed e-mail processing time, be sure to note the name of the dog you are inquiring about in the Subject line. For Meet & Greet times and locations, visit our home page, where you also will find information on our adoption process and fees. FOSTER FAMILIES ARE LIFESAVERS!! Can you open your heart and home for a few weeks to homeless shelter dog? Remember, by fostering a dog, you save TWO lives — that of your foster dog, and that of the dog who takes his place in the shelter! Come to a Meet & Greet and find out if fostering is for you — there's no reward quite like the feeling that you've saved a life ... or two!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.August 23, 2026, 9:51 pm

Story
These adorable Corgi pups are looking for their forever home! These babies came to us from a bad puppy mill situation. The previous owners explained to us that they were having a hard time selling them and that if we did not take the pups then he would shoot them. These pups will need lots of training and will need to be with an active family who can keep their little minds busy! We do not suggest adopting a corgi with young children under 8 in the homes as they tend to herd and nip. They are up to date on vaccines for their age, microchipped, dewormed and current on flea, tick and heartworm prevention. To Adopt→ https://tally.so/r/LZ0ZLp Kennel ID #01658

Story
Hi, I'm Agnes! 🐾 I'm a 5-year-old Cairn Terrier–Corgi mix who's spunky, talkative, and full of personality — I've got a lot to say and I'm not shy about it! I'm a true velcro dog who loves being close to my people, and I will thrive in active homes where I can go on adventures and play with toys and balls. 🎾 I will do best with teenagers in an adult-only household, and I'm still learning my leash skills and manners, so I'll need a patient family committed to working with me through multiple visits. I'm already spayed, low-shedding, and great for vet care — I just need to avoid cat homes. My adoption fee is $350, and I'm ready to find my forever adventure buddy! 💕 📍 The Center for Animal Health and Welfare PA Kennel License #02941 1165 Island Park Rd, Easton, PA 18042
