Story
Meet Charlie! Charlie is an 8-year-old Corgi mix (born 12/25/2017—a true Christmas baby!) who supposedly has a little Mini Poodle in him, though his Corgi charm and curves clearly steal the show. He came to us as an owner surrender and has been shuffled between a few homes recently, so what Charlie wants most now is stability and a forever family. He weighs 22 lbs. Charlie is a friendly, curious, and wonderfully chill guy who’s been housetrained and trusted to roam freely when left home alone. He’s a food lover, not particularly interested in toys, and has that classic corgi stubborn streak—balanced nicely by the fact that he knows his basic commands. He gets along well with other dogs, cats, and kids, making him an easy fit for many households. The vets have diagnosed him with hypothyroidism, which is a chronic disease easily treated with low-cost thyroid replacement hormone (he'll need to be on this for the rest of his life). Charlie is ready to stop packing his bags and finally settle into a home where he can relax, be himself, and enjoy the rest of his years. If you’re looking for a loyal, low-drama companion, Charlie may be your perfect match. Apply at lvpeaceablekingdom.info. Story
We call Garnet a Velcro dog because she's super affectionate. In fact, she loves being around people! She's a 5-year-old, 45-pound mix of Corgi and Terrie. She has a short and stocky build and every bit of it is filled with love! That includes walks, too! Offer her a leash and she'll be right with you as you stroll down the street! &#194&#147This girl is an absolute delight,&#194&#148 says her foster! You'll think so, too! (posted 11/19/25, ME) Adoption Fee: $395.00-- covers microchip, worming, all vaccines, monthly heart worm preventative, monthly tick/flea preventative, spaying/neutering, health certificate, and complete medical records. Transport Fee: $160.00-- We consider the transport to be of great importance and, as such, take particular care of the dogs during the trip. We make every effort to arrive with healthy and minimally stressed dogs. **It is rare that we know with certainty the ages or mixes that make up our dogs, but we do our best to be as accurate as possible based upon our experience. **November 19, 2025, 11:03 am

Story
Oreo is a sweet dog when left home and left alone. Oreo is very lazy and likes to lounge on his couch chewing on blankets. I have spent money on trainings as I have a home with small kids and we like to travel. Boarding him is difficult as he gets anxiety. He needs a calm home that allows him to chill and hang out on his cough lounging. Oreo does present food aggression with table food. I want him to be with someone that can spend more time with him and let him relax and run!

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. At 9 years old and 16 lbs., Wheezy was surrendered to the shelter when her owner became ill and could no longer care for her. To say she was scared is an understatement.  Wheezy was very happy to get out of the shelter with us and simply cuddled up for a nice ride home.   Wheezy is good with both dogs and cats. She is well-behaved in the home and can be left home without being destructive. The best news of all, she is housebroken. She is a great girl who is looking for a second chance with a family of her own. Wheezy has been vaccinated, spayed, microchipped and had a dental done where they needed to remove several of her teeth. Wheezy has recently been diagnosed with Cushing disease which is being treated with daily medication. OUR RESCUE WILL COVER THE COST OF HER MEDICATION. She is doing great with it and will make a wonderful pet for a lucky family. Location: New Jersey - meet and greet in South Jersey is requiredSquirrel Pembroke Welsh CorgiAbout 40 lbs- needs help continuing his weight loss routine!Good with dogs?: Yes, 40lbs and underGood with cats?: Unsure, but he does have a prey drive.Good with kids?: Dog savvy kids welcome!Crate trained: YesHouse trained: Yes, will sometimes mark but working on it!Leash trained: YesMeet SQUIRREL! Squirrel was surrendered by his owner through no fault of his own, he was being bullied by the resident Golden Retriever and the owner made the tough decision to rehome Squirrel. Due to his past, we would recommend that Squirrel either be the only dog, or be in the company of other small to medium sized pups. That being said slow introductions would also be a must as he can be shy/fearful due to his experience. Meet and greet with resident dogs is a must. If you’ve ever wondered what it would be like to have a second shadow, you’ll soon find out! In typical corgi fashion Squirrel lives for his people and wants to supervise basically everything. His ideal situation would be either a family (dog savvy kids welcome!) or couple that can give him short brisk walks to maintain his figure, and then give him copious amounts of cuddles on the couch - his favorite place. Most of all he would love a family who is patient and kind with him as he adjusts to your routine. Squirrel’s quirks are that he occasionally might do a little dribble in the house to mark his territory. He also can be a picky eater and it took a couple days for him to finish his meals at his foster home. Otherwise, he is a certified good boy with phenomenal manners. Squirrel is waiting patiently for his furever family. ##2605570##
