Story
Looking for a home for my niece’s dog. He is a 2-year-old male mix breed Belgium Malonis with unknown breed. He is small 30 lbs. He loves to play fetch and loves snuggling. However, he has separation anxiety and needs someone who is patient with him. We are looking for a forever home for him since he doesn’t get along with our two pit bulls. We have tried integrating them unsuccessfully. He is very hyper and will do well in a home where he is the only pet. Preferably with someone who is active and not a couch potato. We will want to meet the potential owner and their home to ensure it is a match for him.Serious inquiries only please.

Or, how about these Corgis in cities near Phillipsburg, New Jersey

Story
Meet Nacho!! He is a handsome 18 month old Corgi/Australian Cattle Dog mix who weighs 29 pounds abd is a ton of fun. This boy has personality A+ and a heart full of affection. He's a smart young dog who is learning quickly and making great progress with his house training.    Nacho loves spending time with people, especially kids, and enjoys playing with other dogs. He's an active, happy companion who would have thrive with a family that can continue his training and give him  plenty of love and attention.   One thing to know about Nacho is that he's not a fan of cats, so he'll do best in a cat free home.  A fenced yard would be perfection but if with an active energized walking person or family, he could do that lifestyle too!   Please email critter cavalry rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com if you are interested.   PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comJuly 18, 2026, 5:22 pm

Story
If you've been dreaming of a little dog with a huge heart, Daisy Belle may be the one you've been waiting for. At just 18 months old, this adorable little Corgi weighs only 14 pounds and stands about 11 inches tall, making her one of the tiniest Corgis we've seen in quite some time. She may be petite in size, but she has enough love to fill a house.   Daisy Belle has already experienced more than any young dog should. Still just a puppy herself, she was bred far too early and lovingly raised her litter before finally getting the chance to begin a life of her own. Now that her puppies have all found wonderful homes, it's Daisy's turn to be cherished, spoiled, and loved as someone's very special girl.   From the moment you meet her, it's impossible not to fall in love. Daisy is incredibly affectionate and gives the sweetest cuddles. She adores people, greets everyone like a friend, and gets along beautifully with other dogs and even cats. She has a gentle, easygoing nature that makes her a delightful companion whether you're relaxing on the couch or heading out for an adventure.   Don't let her tiny size fool you—Daisy has plenty of spirit. When she's feeling her best, she can zip around the yard like a little racehorse, reminding everyone that Corgis were bred to be active, intelligent working dogs. She enjoys being part of whatever her people are doing and would love a family that includes her in everyday life.   Daisy is housebroken, crate trained, walks nicely on a leash, and has all the basics already mastered. She is heartworm negative, spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and completely ready to begin the next chapter of her life.   We would love to see Daisy Belle join a family that will appreciate both her affectionate nature and her bright mind. A securely fenced yard would give her a safe place to run and play, and children eight years and older would be a wonderful match. She would especially enjoy activities like agility, flyball, trick training, hiking, or simply learning fun new games with her family. She loves having a job to do and thrives when she can use both her body and her brain.   Daisy Belle has spent the beginning of her young life taking care of others. Now it's finally her turn to be the one who is cherished. She is ready for a family that will give her the happy, carefree future she has always deserved, and in return she will reward them with endless affection, loyal companionship, and a lifetime of love.   If you think Daisy Belle could be your perfect little partner, please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com. Be sure to tell us your city and state when you inquire. Daisy is ready to find the forever family she's been waiting for.   If you are interested please Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmailcom   PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comJuly 18, 2026, 5:22 pm

Story
Martin 🐾 5 mths | maybe corgi/hound/terrier? Hi, I’m Martin — part hound, part heart-stealer 💙 I’m a playful little guy who loves making everyone laugh. I’m always up for an adventure, whether it’s chasing toys, exploring new things, or helping you… untie your shoes 😄 I LOVE everyone — dogs, people, strangers… if you’ve got a heartbeat, we’re already best friends. I’m also a big fan of giving kisses, so be prepared for lots of puppy love! I’m super smart and very treat motivated (seriously… I will do anything for a snack 🍖), which means I’ll pick up training quickly! I’m still learning my puppy manners, so I’d do great in some puppy classes to help me grow into the best boy ever. I’ll likely grow into a medium sized pup — as for my breed… your guess is as good as ours 😂 I could be part basset hound, corgi, jack russell… or maybe a little bit of everything! It’s basically a surprise mix, but whatever I am, I’m 100% adorable. If you’re looking for a sweet, happy sidekick who will keep you smiling… I’m your guy! 🐶💙 My adoption fee includes, my neuter, age appropriate vaccinations and microchip! Interested in adopting me? go fill an application out at dogtownrescue.org Please note: An approved application and appointment are required to meet any of our dogs. Story
●Rescue Story Diah was rescued from the euthanasia list at "Jeongeup City Shelter" in South Korea. Thanks to timely intervention, she was given a second chance at life and moved into a foster home, where she has been able to show her true personality in a safe and loving environment. ●Temperament & Behavior Diah is a very people-loving dog. She is comfortable even with strangers touching her and often approaches first, asking for affection. As soon as someone pets her, she happily rolls onto her back, inviting more love and belly rubs. She gets along well with other dogs and can live in a multi-dog household. While she may feel a bit overwhelmed by dogs that play very roughly, once she has time to get to know them, she plays happily with dogs of all sizes—running, playing, and engaging in gentle wrestling. Her compatibility with cats has not yet been tested. ●Walking & Daily Life At first, Diah seemed a bit timid on walks, but with consistent leash training she has learned to walk nicely while matching her handler’s pace. Loud noises or passing cars may briefly startle her, causing her to pause, but if given a moment to calmly wait, she regains confidence and continues walking, sniffing around and enjoying her surroundings. She has no food allergies, is not a picky eater, and eats well. Her shedding level is moderate, about 5 out of 10. ●Habits & Training Diah uses indoor pee pads about 80% of the time and goes potty outdoors about 20% of the time. She tolerates baths and brushing well and remains calm during grooming. She does not show separation anxiety and is comfortable staying alone. She rarely barks, only giving a short bark occasionally at the doorbell. She rides extremely well in the car with no motion sickness. When placed in a car seat, she calmly lies down, naps, watches people, or looks out the window. ●Likes & Personality Diah loves playing with toys and engaging in gentle play. She is currently living in a foster home. ●Personality (Three Words): Perfect, affectionate, and easygoing.

Story
** Current location: in a foster home in South Korea ** Meet Bori! She was rescued from euthanasia at a city shelter in Korea. • Rescue Story Bori was rescued from a difficult environment and has since been given the chance to live in a safe home setting. When she first arrived, she was shy and cautious around people, especially unfamiliar ones. Over time, while living with her foster family, she has slowly begun to open up and show her gentle and thoughtful personality. With patience and consistency, Bori continues to grow more comfortable with human interaction and daily routines. • Personality: Gentle, mellow, and sweet • Bathing: She's afraid of water but tolerates it well. • Brushing: She doesn't like it, but she tolerates it • Shedding: Moderate • Energy level: 3 on a scale of 1-10 • Eating habits: Not picky, eats everything except for fruit • Allergies: None identified • Walking manners: Loves to sniff. No leash pulling • Dislikes: She's scared of loud noises • Favorite things: kisses, treats, and zoomies • Car rides (motion sickness): Loves car rides • House-trained: indoors on pee-pads • Barking/Howling: Rarely barks. Very quiet. • Separation anxiety: None • Crate-trained: Never crate-trained, but she knows how to go in and stay. • Aggression: none • Commands: Shake hands, sit, kisses • Additional Notes Bori is naturally shy and tends to be cautious around adult men. She enjoys treats very much and absolutely loves car rides—especially drives where she can feel the breeze through an open window. She would do well in most households, but because she prefers outdoor potty breaks, at least one daily walk is essential. Due to her mild separation anxiety, a home where long or frequent absences are common may be challenging for her. Bori is a smart, gentle, and well-mannered dog who adapts well to her environment. She is not picky about food and eats very well. When raised with patience and love, she becomes affectionate and gives that love back wholeheartedly. She is hoping to find a family who can offer her plenty of care, consistency, and affection.
