Meet Angus, an adorable 1½-year-old low-rider with the cutest little legs, a long body, and enough charm to make anyone smile. Between his little white "sock" paws, expressive brown eyes, and his perfectly mismatched ears—one standing tall while the other flops over—he has a face that's impossible not to love. Angus may be little, but he's got a heart that's full of quiet devotion. He takes a little time getting to know new people, but that's part of what makes him so special. **MIA** A friend in California rescued Mia after her previous owner abandoned her and her sister at a groomer. Mia is a 5-year-old female Dorgi, a mix of Corgi and Dachshund. She is intelligent, protective, loving, and independent. Trusting new people may take her a few days, but treats can help. Once comfortable, Mia loves belly rubs, playing with her toys, chewing on her split Elk antler, and running around the yard. She has a great personality and is incredibly loyal to her favorite human. Mia does not require constant attention and is happy to sit and chew on her antler while her owner works. However, when it's time for affection, she will put down her antler to enjoy quality time with her human. Mia's need for a loving owner will inspire compassion and care in anyone who meets her. What Mia Needs: Mia needs a home without children or small animals, as she prefers to be the only pet. She loves attention and requires someone to provide her with plenty of love and care. Additionally, she needs a fenced yard for potty breaks and walks. Keeping her on a healthy, canine-specific diet to ensure her well-being is essential and reflects your commitment and responsibility as an owner. Fox enjoys companionship and does best with someone who can spend plenty of time with him. He has not been successfully house-trained and currently needs to wear diapers while indoors. With our busy schedule and young children, we are unable to provide the level of attention and consistency that Fox needs. We are hoping to find a patient and caring person or family who can give him the love, time, and support he deserves. We would love to find him the right forever home.

Meet Harley! This chubby little girl is the most adorable girl you will ever meet. She likes spending time with you, she loves playing with the ball but she prefers time by your side more. When I say she's really adorable, it's because she is! She plays with other dogs, small, medium or large, she lives with cats although sometimes she usually runs after them to play (And cats that are not used to dogs don't like that) Potty trained with potty pads, crate trained, and good with adults and children. With strangers she is usually sociable, she is a very curious, loyal dog, and ready to play with you and receive cuddles at all times. She loves to give you kisses on the face, give you her paw to play with and she will always receive you from work with a huge smile.   **Charlie and Cody: Bonded Dachshund-Corgi Mix Brothers**   Charlie and Cody are gentle, reserved brothers, approx. 15 months old, both neutered. They were left at the shelter with their three sisters, and after being separated from them, the boys formed a strong bond. Now, they are affectionate and starting to enjoy life in the Pacific Northwest. They are gradually building trust with their foster family and getting used to their new home. Both are safe, well-fed, and comfortable. They are up to date on vaccinations and have no known health issues, so they are ready for adoption. Their foster home does not have a fenced yard, and because Cody and Charlie are still settling in, they have not yet started using harnesses or going for walks on a leash.  We hope the boys can be adopted together into a home with a fenced yard, so they have a safe place for potty breaks and can learn to walk on a harness and leash. Cody and Charlie might be shy at first, but they are curious and want to connect with people. They are motivated by food and will gladly take treats from your hand. They like being spoken to and respond well to a gentle voice. With time, patience, and love, they will become devoted companions. We prefer adopters who have experience with shy or untrained dogs, or who are open to guidance, to help the boys adjust smoothly to their new home. **Libby** Libby is a 15-pound, 3-year-old female Dachshund-Corgi mix. She was found with her daughter and two sons running with stray dogs that had been dumped in Fresno, California.  Libby is a sweet girl who would be perfect for a retired woman. She loves women and is more cautious toward men tho she will gravitate toward dog-friendly men with time and trust.                              Libby's ideal adopter(s) are a woman and someone experienced with abused rescue dogs. Libby is a bit of a couch potato, but with encouragement, she will walk on a harness and lead and explore with you.  Libby LOVES to cuddle with her person. she is extremely affectionate and once bonded, she becomes yours forever!!  She will be fine as an only dog as long as she has her person close by and is not left alone for long periods.
