Meet Spot, aka Handsome. This handsome, approximately 5-year-old Dalmatian weighs 45 pounds and is looking for a loving forever home after his family could no longer care for him. Spot is deaf, but he has plenty of love and personality to share! He enjoys playing fetch, playing tug, riding in the car, and getting his favorite butt scratches. He is house-trained, crate-trained, neutered, and gets along well with other dogs and cats. Spot can be shy when meeting new people, but with patience and kindness, he warms up and becomes a loyal companion. He is currently receiving training and support to help him build confidence and continue learning. Because Spot is deaf, he needs a family who understands his unique needs and will communicate with him using visual cues, consistency, and patience. He can become startled if approached unexpectedly, especially when sleeping, and has nipped when frightened, so a home without young children is essential. Older, dog-savvy teens may be considered. Location: Fresno, CA Say hi to Atlas! This cutie guy is about 8-10 months old and was found roaming the streets. No microchip, no owner has been found. The finder cannot keep him, as he is very much a puppy and tends to run over her little dogs. He is currently 35 lbs. We are guessing Atlas to be a blend of Dalmatian and Cattle dog, that equals adorable & sweet. Gets along great with other dogs, of course after a proper introduction. He is very shy and timid at first, once he warms up, he just wants to be near you. Atlas loves to run and his recall is pretty good. He enjoys learning things, is easy to train, he will let you dress him up, brush his teeth, clean his ears, and he is good at letting you know he needs to potty Stuffies are his favorite thing to destroy, otherwise he might get into other things laying around, he is still a puppy. Loves nice, hearty chews to keep him busy. Atlas is getting more comfortable with kisses and hugs. We don't think he was ever cuddled before, still somewhat of a foreign concept to him. good car rider Atlas will be neutered with his adoption. We do not know about kids or cats at this time. We think he would be fine with kiddo's over 9+ years old. This beautiful, medium-sized, 5-year-old Dalmatian has a lovely white coat with black spots and a big heart for the people she loves. Dolly is house-trained, leash-trained, rides well in the car, and is great with children. She’s playful, loves to run, enjoys cuddles and kisses, and is a smart, affectionate girl who loves being close to her person. She’s a true “velcro dog” who will happily be your loyal companion! Dolly eats Iams dog food twice daily, morning and evening, and sleeps indoors. Her vaccinations have been started, but the dates are unknown. Dolly urgently needs a loving new home because her owner is moving at the end of this month and cannot take her along. She would do best in a home without cats or small dogs, as she does not get along with them. Dolly can be protective around strangers and may bark or growl at first, but she tends to settle down as she gets to know someone. She is vocal, is not crate-trained or obedience-trained, and will need a patient, understanding person who can help her feel safe and continue working on her manners.
