Story
Current Location: Baltimore, MD Meet Lady Lady is a 2 year old, 40 lb girl with the softest long ears, a cool character spot on her back, and a heart that is slowly but surely opening up to the world. She is sweet, curious, and happy in her own quiet way, and the dog she is becoming with every passing day is something truly worth waiting for. The world feels like a big and sometimes scary place for Lady right now. Loud noises send her to her crate, her safe draped den where she can breathe and reset. Sudden movements or a leash catching unexpectedly can startle her into wanting to hide. She needs patience, gentleness, and an adopter who understands that trust is something Lady gives carefully and on her own terms. She has been in her foster home for a short time and she is already wagging her tail when she sees her foster mom and coming forward for pets. That is not a small thing for a girl like Lady. That is everything. The clearest window into who Lady really is comes in the quiet moments when she thinks no one is watching. Given free roam of the living room she bounces around playing with toys, gleefully destroying squeakers, and having the absolute time of her life. She beams when her foster mom checks on her in the middle of the night, tail wagging, ready for pets, completely herself. That joy is in there. It just needs the right environment to come out and stay out. Lady absolutely lights up around other dogs. She has found real comfort in the presence of a foster sister and chooses to lay nearby, watches carefully when the other dog gets treats, and is now starting to edge over for her fair share. A confident, friendly dog in her new home would make an enormous difference for Lady, giving her a guide and a buddy while she finds her footing. She is working on potty training and is making steady progress. She should be double leashed for now given how easily she can startle, but she is already beginning to look to her person to check that everything is okay before moving forward. That is trust being built in real time and it is a beautiful thing to see. Lady needs a very quiet home, ideally with a calm neighborhood and a confident dog friend to show her the ropes. She needs someone who will let her come forward at her own pace and who will find joy in every small moment of progress. In return she will give that person something extraordinary. A dog who chose them, fully and completely, because they were patient enough to let her. She is already precious. She is just getting started.

Story
Jolie is a very sweet, gentle girl with a heart as big as her smile. One of her favorite things in the world is hearing her favorite volunteer call out “Jo-Leeee!”—the moment she hears it, her face lights up with the happiest grin. It’s impossible not to smile right back.Jolie is attentive, friendly, and wonderfully outgoing. She has a fun, silly side that shows when she’s feeling playful, but she also has a mellow, easygoing nature that makes her a joy to be around. Curious and engaged, she loves exploring her surroundings and truly shines when she’s outside running around and enjoying the fresh air. On walks, Jolie is a star—she walks beautifully on a leash and takes treats gently, savoring every reward. She adores her volunteers and forms sweet, meaningful bonds with the people who care for her. Jolie is looking for a loving family who will cherish her as much as she’ll cherish them in return. If you’re searching for a loyal, affectionate companion who will bring smiles, laughter, and love into your life, Jolie may be the perfect match for you.

Story
Lily: mixed breed (unknown), 1 year old. She is spayed and up-to-date on shots. This bright and ambitious girl is house-broken and crate-trained. Lily loves to play with other dogs and go on walks. She rides well in a vehicle, and her attention is on her human while walking on a leash. Although she is shy and skittish around new people, with a little patience and time, she warms up and wants to be with her human. Due to her boundless energy level, I recommend a fenced yard for her to run around in or an owner who will walk her several times daily. Follow-up training (with Canine Services By Devin) is suggested to keep Lily going in a positive direction and eventually off-leash training if desired. Lily is being fostered in Spring Grove, PA. Story
This is Cash. He was born in January of 2025. He is 50% Dalmatian and 50% Pug. He has lots of energy and equal amounts of love. In June, he broke his leg. It has been a long and stressful journey on his road to recovery. Because he still has a little way to go, he needs a loving family who is patient and open minded. The more experience with dogs/puppies the better. I have put a lot of time and heart into giving him a chance. Unfortunately, circumstances have changed and I can't give him the life he deserves. I am fully prepared to help assist with the transition and just want the best life possible for Cash. If you have any questions or concerns at all please reach out to me. UPDATE 02/11/2026 Cash has been cleared and will not require a second surgery. He is scheduled to be neutered on 2/25/2026. Please reach out if you are interested in adopting him. He needs a loving home.

Story
Nico is a very handsome boy with beautiful eyes. He needs to be on a strict routine. He shouldn't be in a home with young kids. He would have to be the only pet. He is strong and stubborn. He needs someone who will be consistent with him. He isn't friendly to other animals. He is very loyal and protective to his person. He needs a home with a yard. He needs a home where it is strict and the person(s) are patient. He is neutered, microchipped, and fully vaccinated. Inquire about setting up a meet and greet.       ##1501785##
