Story
Are you in search of your next 4-legged friend? Someone to chase all of the birds out of your yard? Or maybe keep an eye on the neighborhood cat? Someone to walk with and go on adventures? Maybe you’re in need of a little supervision to ensure your chores are complete? Perhaps someone to listen with interest to your random thoughts and ideas? Well then let me introduce you to Poppy! Poppy is a 2 year old Dalmatian. She can be shy at first but once she warms up to you (and she will!), prepare to have a forever shadow. She gets along well with other dogs and loves people. She walks so well on a leash and is good on car rides. She will need to be on a prescription diet due to urinary stones (common issue with Dalmatians). She is a peanut butter fiend and loves her crate. Apply to make Poppy part of your family on Outcast Rescue ’s website: www.outcastrescue.com .   Applicants must be over 21 and live within 2 hours of the Lehigh Valley, PA area within NJ or PA (NO EXCEPTIONS!) Story
Introducing May, a resilient and courageous dog who has overcome great adversity in her life. For several months, May found herself wandering the streets, facing the challenges of survival on her own. During this time, she endured a prolapsed vagina, a painful condition that required urgent medical attention. Though people in the neighborhood attempted to help her, her fear and mistrust kept her at a distance. Fortunately, fate intervened when one of our compassionate fosters caught sight of May and recognized the urgency of her situation. With a clever plan involving fries as bait, May was coaxed close enough to be safely captured. Immediately, she was taken to the veterinary clinic, where she underwent surgery to repair her injury. May is now ready for a new chapter in her life, filled with endless love, security, and happiness. If you're searching for a quiet and affectionate canine companion who will steal your heart with a single smile, look no further than May. Come and meet her, and witness the incredible transformation she has undergone. May is waiting with open paws to bring joy and warmth into your life. If May May sounds like she might be the right match for you, or if you want to check out more of our wonderful pets for adoption, please visit ffpets.org to read all about our TN-based rescue and how the adoption and transport process works and to submit your application The adoption fee is $300 and transport is an additional $200 This pet is currently in a foster home in TN and will be transported north after the adoption is complete.
