Story
FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED ❤️ New foster home needed starting June 5th! Bronson has been doing amazing in his current foster home for the month of May, but due to personal travel and plans, we will need to find him a new foster home by June 5th. He has made massive strides in foster care and will need to be transferred to another home, as coming back to a kennel environment would cause major regression. Bronson is a ~1 year old, 35lb, Dalmatian mix. He came to us as a stray from California. We do not know his history, but when he came to us he was completely shut down, terrified of people and underweight. He will require a very specific foster or forever home that is quiet, calm, and can provide the environment he needs to decompress, gain confidence and trust, and come out of his shell. He has already made great improvements in his current foster home, and is opening up and trusting slowly. Bronson spent all of his time in a crate when he first came to us, outside of bathroom breaks, as he was absolutely terrified to leave that ‘safe space’. In his foster home, he has a room all to himself where the crate door is left open, and he will now venture out and explore the room and house, following his foster parents around cautiously but curiously, with his favorite spot being cuddled up on the couch. He is curious, and interested in people, he just needs time. He does take treats from your hand and is starting to relax and enjoy being pet. Bronson is house-trained, and crate-trained. He hit a major milestone recently, going on his first short walk outside, and now enjoys daily walks going further each time! In the kennel environment he would not walk on leash, and would look for any exit or place to hide. He has also started to play with toys by himself and is learning how to be a puppy when he feels safe and secure. While in our care, we have had Bronson with many dogs and he has largely been disinterested because he was so scared. He does live with a senior Pug in his foster home and has done well. He would likely benefit from a calm, confident older dog in the home to help him feel comfortable and show him how to dog. But would not do well at this time with a hyper or pushy dog. We have see great improvements in Bronson during his short time in foster care, and are confident that with a continued environment that is calm, loving, and willing to let him progress at his pace, he will thrive. He is a very sweet boy and will make an amazing dog for the right home! He has shown that in his foster home he does want to be around people once he can trust them, and he will likely bond deeply to his forever family. Bronson would do fine in a free standing home or apartment, but will need a quieter neighborhood. He would not do well living in a busy city environment. No kids due to his fearful and skittishness. If you are able to provide Bronson with a foster or forever home, apply on our website. Bronson is neutered, UTD on shots, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $500.

Story
Meet Bronco! Bronco is an amazing pup, estimated to be between 1–2 years old, and he’s still very much in that playful puppy phase. Curious about everything, he loves exploring the world around him and discovering new sights, smells, and adventures. Bronco gets along wonderfully with other dogs and currently has three foster siblings he enjoys playing and lounging with throughout the day. He is also potty trained, and he is currently working on becoming fully kennel trained. This sweet boy is quite the talker—Bronco loves to express himself with silly grumbles, playful barks, and funny little sounds, especially when he’s excited or vying for attention. He has a big personality and an even bigger heart. While he can be a bit skittish at first and sometimes thinks he’s in trouble when you approach, he is quickly learning that people can be kind and gentle. Each day, he grows more confident, more trusting, and more affectionate. In the evenings, Bronco enjoys curling up on a cozy dog bed, and he’ll occasionally trot over to give you a soft “boop” as his sweet way of asking for pets. He also has great protective instincts—if he hears a strange noise outside, he’ll be the first to investigate and alert his people. Bronco is well on his way to becoming a loyal, loving, and devoted companion. With continued patience, reassurance, and love, he will blossom into the incredible dog he is meant to be. He’s ready to find a forever family to adore and protect. Bronco is being fostered in a home in Seguin, TX but can be transported to the PNW and NE United States after adoption. Indio was around the shelter for two years, neglected by his former owners, we decided to give him a space in the shelter when he started playing among the cars on the road. In the midst of danger we were able to get him to safety, and he currently has his full vaccination schedule, microchipped and neutered, ready for his new home. Story
Meet Mary Ann and Ginger, an adorable bonded pair of medium-sized rescue dogs who are searching for their forever home. These super cute girls have spent their entire lives on their own until they were recently rescued. Despite their rough beginnings, Mary Ann and Ginger are incredibly sweet and are now learning to enjoy the comforts of a loving home. Both Mary Ann and Ginger get along wonderfully with other dogs, though they haven't had the chance to meet any cats yet. They need a patient adopter who will give them the time and space they need to adjust to their new surroundings and discover the joys of being cherished pets. Ginger, who bravely underwent heartworm treatment, is now healthy and heartworm negative. Both dogs are fully vetted, spayed, microchipped, and on preventatives. They even tolerate baths and absolutely love being petted. Currently, Mary Ann and Ginger are being fostered in Seguin, TX, where they are receiving the care and love they deserve. If you have a kind heart and a gentle hand, these two sweethearts will surely reward you with endless affection and loyalty. Adopt Mary Ann and Ginger and give them the loving home they've always dreamed of.
