Indio was around the shelter for two years, neglected by his former owners, we decided to give him a space in the shelter when he started playing among the cars on the road. In the midst of danger we were able to get him to safety, and he currently has his full vaccination schedule, microchipped and neutered, ready for his new home. He is a very faithful, intelligent, calm and very sociable dog. He was raised with other dogs and cats, so he makes him a good companion for any family, he likes to go for a walk on a leash, cuddles, receive prizes and learns very quickly. He is an affectionate companion, ideal for a family with children and cats, who wants to give him the love he deserves. The $550.00 adoption fee covers the following: Transport to Oregon or Washington. Spay/Neuter. All vaccines up to date. Deworming (puppies 2 sets). Flea medication up to date. Meet Duncan – Your Snuggly Sidekick in the Making! Duncan is a 4-month-old Catahoula mix with a heart as big as his beautiful puppy eyes. This sweet and gentle boy has quickly charmed everyone he meets with his loving nature and easygoing personality. Whether he’s playing in the yard or curled up next to you on the couch, Duncan is happiest when he’s close to his people. He’s a true cuddlebug who would love nothing more than to snuggle up in bed at night with his family. Playful and affectionate, Duncan is also incredibly well-mannered for such a young pup. He is already potty trained and doing wonderfully in his foster home in Seguin, TX. He kennels well with another dog in the kennel and would do well in a home with a canine companion. Duncan gets along great with other dogs and would make a wonderful addition to a home with playful pups or laid-back loungers alike. His foster family describes him as mellow for a puppy but always ready for some fun. He has a lovely temperament, the perfect balance of playful energy and calm companionship. Duncan is the kind of dog who will follow you from room to room, offering quiet company and a wagging tail. He’s ready to find his forever home and can be transported to approved adopters in the Northeast or Pacific Northwest. If you're looking for a loyal, affectionate, and gentle pup to join your family, Duncan is your guy! To see more pictures and videos, copy and paste this link. He's a playful, silly boy who loves to be the first to jump into playtime and equally enjoys crashing for a good nap afterward. Story
Meet Buddy – A Gentle Soul Looking for His Perfect Match! Buddy is a senior Ridgeback/Black Mouth Cur mix with a heart full of love and a personality that shines once he feels safe. He may be shy at first and take some time to decompress, but once he’s comfortable, his sweet and gentle nature comes through. Buddy absolutely loves other dogs and enjoys their company. He is both house-trained and crate-trained—in fact, his crate is his happy place! When left alone, he prefers the security of his kennel, and even when his humans are home, he often chooses to relax there with the door open. This lovable senior does well on a leash and would thrive in a quiet, low-energy home with a patient adopter who understands that he needs time to adjust. While he hasn't been around young children, his gentle nature suggests he would be great with them. We don’t know how he is with cats, but he gets along wonderfully with other dogs. Buddy’s favorite toys are anything soft and squishy, and he enjoys the simple comforts of companionship. He would be the perfect match for someone looking for a loving, loyal companion who doesn’t need a high-energy lifestyle. With patience and understanding, Buddy has so much love and potential to share. Are you the kind soul ready to give Buddy the forever home he deserves?
