Story
Gypsum is a sensitive boy. He’s fearful during storms and fireworks. He gets anxious sometimes when triggered, or for no apparent reason. He’s looking for someone familiar with dog anxiety that can help him work through this. I am nomadic, and I think he’d do better with a stable physical environment. Now for the good stuff! He is such a happy and well behaved dog. He’s eager to please and quick to modify behaviors with direction. He has wonderful off-leash recall. He is albino, but has some pigment, making him a sort of champagne blonde color with green eyes. To date, we haven’t seen any issues that are commonly associated with albinism, except he may not have the best vision & he may have Canine Dysfunctional Behavior (CDB). His previous owner may have had him genetically tested and said he has a recessive gene for DCM (which means he does NOT have DCM), but we have taken precautions to use anesthesia that is gentler on the heart since DCM is common in adult Dobermans.

Story
Meet your new best friend This 1-year-old Doberman beauty is basically a puppy in a big, elegant body. She is sooooo sweet, incredibly affectionate, and lives for cuddles and pets. If you sit down, she will be right there, leaning in for love. Personal space? Never heard of it. She’s smart as a whip and so eager to please. You can see how much she wants to understand and do the right thing — she just needs someone willing to put in the time to guide her. She hasn’t had much structure before, so she’s still working on potty training (and we’re getting there!). With consistency and patience, she’s going to blossom. Socially, she’s a sensitive girl. Crowds overwhelm her and she can get scared, which sometimes comes out as big, loud barking — especially when she sees other dogs out on walks. It can look intimidating at first, but here’s the twist: once she actually gets to say hello, she’s sweet and submissive. Total softie. She just needs slow introductions and someone who can help her build confidence in the world. Her ideal home would be:• Patient and consistent• Willing to continue training and socialization• Ready for a loving, velcro-style companion• Excited about watching a smart girl truly come into her own Underneath that big bark is the most tender heart. She’s ready for someone who sees past the nerves and recognizes the incredibly loving, loyal dog she is becoming. If you’re looking for a cuddly shadow with huge potential and an even bigger heart, she might just be your girl.           ##2661020##

Story
Meet Loki — professional snuggler, loyal sidekick, and future best friend Loki is a 9-month-old sweetheart with a huge heart and an even bigger love for people and other dogs. He’s the kind of guy who wants to be right by your side, soaking up attention and making sure he doesn’t miss a single moment of family life. Loki is still learning the “house dog” basics. He’s working on choosing appropriate chew toys (because everything looks like a chew toy at first ) and building confidence with being left alone. Luckily, he’s a quick learner, eager to please, and thrives with gentle guidance and consistency. Before coming to Colorado, Loki spent time living in a car in Kansas. Despite his tough start, he’s incredibly loving, resilient, and so excited to finally belong to a family. You can tell he’s ready to soak up comfort, routines, and all the love he’s been waiting for. If you’re looking for a playful, affectionate pup who will adore you endlessly and grow into an amazing companion, Loki is ready to jump (politely!) into your life. ##2654323##

What he already excels at is being the ultimate adventure buddy—whether you’re hitting the trails, exploring new places, or just out for a jog, Jax is always ready to go by your side. Jax LOVES other dogs and would do best in a home with a yard and with someone who works from home. At home, he’s all about love and snuggles. His favorite place in the world?
