Dont let her grey face fool you, she is still a happy active girl. She loves all people, children, and most other dogs. She also enjoys treats, going for walks, and napping. She is truly a great dog who has had a hard life prior to rescue. She is UTD on vaccines, current on flea/tick prevention, spayed, and microchipped. She is heartwrom positive BUT has been being treated with a slow kill method over the past year.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 5, 2024, 7:00 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Kingston has been with us since May 2020. He is my big sweet good boy &#226&#157&#164 He is around 85 pounds and a big goof! He, like alot of our dogs came to us in awful shape. We are not sure what his life before rescue was like but I feel certain based on his condition it was pretty bad. He is timid in New places with new people BUT he warms up and he is sooo good! He is kennel and house trained and has always done well with new dogs coming and going at our house. I do believe he would do best with a female dog and definitely not a dominate dog. He is going on 4 years old now- heartworm negative and current on prevention, neutered, UTD on vaccines, and microchipped. He would do best in a home that isnt real busy as he is unsure of new people. He has NEVER shown any sign of aggression but he is fearful in new situations. He will need his people to be patient and give him time to settle in. He truly deserves a family of his own who will love him forever. He is a cuddler and will lay in bed and watch movies all day, or load up in the car for a ride, he also loves toys. At one time he was scared of toys and didnt even know how to play He is such a good boy. Kingston is in a foster home here in Shreveport, LA. We adopt often to the Northeast. Transport can easily be arranged.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 5, 2024, 7:00 pm

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Check out Royce!  Isn't he handsome?  Royce is estimated to be 4 years old and weighs in at 72 pounds.  He is tall, sleek & slender.  Royce has lots of energy and loves to play.  He doesn't bark, loves to snuggle & chew on his toys.  Royce gets along with all dogs and is not aggressive in any way.  He is kennel trained & house broken.   He also rides perfect in a car.  Royce would do well with an active family & with older children (due to his size).  His foster mom says he is the best dog; so easy going & just loves life.  He is fully vetted, neutered & mirco-chipped.  He also knows basic commands and is a quick, eager learner. ***Royce is  being fostered in Shreveport, LA but can be transported to the Northeast by a transport service. So please don't let distance hold you back from adopting this sweet boy!******Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 5, 2024, 7:00 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Mega is the most precious pup who is special needs and deserves the best home! Although considered special needs he's really your average puppy. He is around 14 weeks old as of September 2, 2023. He currently weighs 20 pounds and he is the sweetest and happiest guy. Mega came to us at just 4 weeks old. His eyes did not fully develop so he is completely blind. He also has a mild case of hydrocephalus but as of now he has no symptoms. We were not familiar with this condition so we have had guidance from our vets but also joined a group on facebook called hydrocephalus in dogs. It has been so helpful and also encouraging. There are many dogs that live happy healthy lives with this condition. Mega is currently on on generic prilosec which is cheap and available over the counter. This is encourage for dogs with his condition. Mega is so happy all of the time. He loves toys, other dogs, cats, all humans, giving kisses, snuggling, car rides, playing tug of war, and he sits on command. He is very treat motivated. Although he is blind he gets around very well. He knows his way around my house and knows exactly where the food and water bowl are. He can even climb steps but does need some help getting down them. He really is perfect in so many ways, and he will make the right family the perfect companion. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines including rabies, microchipped, and current on heartworm prevention. You must have a great vet reference to be consideredVisit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 5, 2024, 7:00 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Check out Zarah! This sweet, smart, happy, and active girl is ready to find her forever family. She came to us after being dumped and living in the woods in extreme heat for over a week. She was very thin and heartworm positive. She was recently treated for heartworms, spayed, she is UTD on vaccines, and microchipped. She loves other dogs, does well with cats, and although she is a bit shy at first she warms up quickly. She is house trained and kennel trained. She is shy when meeting new people but once she warms up she wants to be your best friend. She will snuggle and give so much love. She would do great in a home with kids or another dog or both. She really is a great girl and so deserving of a home of her own.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 5, 2024, 7:00 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Rainy is the sweetest petite little social butterfly looking for a family to call her own. She was found dumped on a busy street away from any homes along with another dog. We took them both in. Rainy loves all people and all other dogs. She would do best in a active home with older children. She loves to play fetch and go for walks. The older 8 and up kids in my home adore Rainy and often say she is the favorite. She is a smaller girl weighing 31 pounds currently and will likely be around 35 pounds once at a healthy happy weight. Our vet believes she is around 2-3 years old yet she still seems very young. She is happy all of the time. She loves to play and also loves to snuggle with her people. She is kennel trained and so far has done very well going potty outside. She really is the sweetest little dog! She is a smaller short girl weighing around 40 pounds. She is UTD on vaccines, spayed, microchipped, and heartworm negative with a proheart6. Now she just needs to find a family to love her forever!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 5, 2024, 7:00 pm
