URGENT: Needs adoption or foster by Oct 31, due to owner's housing transition. Bob will turn nine yrs old on December 1, 2026. He is very loving and quiet. He is very gentle and laid back. Bob loves to just sit still and be petted. He has never been around children or out in public around other people except for vet visits where he sat very quietly even with other dogs in the waiting room. He is very bonded with his sister and insecure without her so they must stay together. Bob was neutered on Oct 13th along with a rabies shot. Bob is crate trained and has no problem coming in the house and going straight to his crate for a treat and his bowl of food. He does drool a little bit but doesn't "give kisses" (does not lick my face). He is not leashed trained. He has been raised in a fenced in yard. He sits really good for rides in the truck. Bob has fully recovered from a past ACL repair and eye surgery for both eyes. (Entropies) He doesn't run off when I let him free roam occasionally.

Queenie is a sweet almost 9-year-old (12/01/2017) spayed Lab mix raised with her brother, Bob, since birth. She is deeply bonded with Bob, so they must be adopted together—Bob relies on her and gets insecure without her.House and crate trained (goes in easily for treats like Milk-Bones!).Knows "sit" and "down." Not leash trained, has been raised in a fenced in yard. Quiet in a fenced yard with Bob. Requires a secure fence because if she slips out, she wanders until ready to return.Chases squirrels, frogs, and snakes; occasionally howls at sirens or coyotes.Smart and food-motivated, though occasionally hardheaded.Will sneak into cat litter boxes if left unattended.Has not been around kids or been in public crowds except for vet visits. Was raised by a single older woman with no children interaction. She is gentle trying to play with a chihuahua.

He is very tall (like a short Great Dane), sleek & slender. He is a beautiful brindle color. Royce has lots of energy and loves to play. He doesn't bark, loves to snuggle & chew on his toys. Royce gets along with all dogs and is not aggressive in any way. He is kennel trained & house broken. He also rides perfect in a car. Royce would do well with an active family & with older children (due to his size). His foster mom says he is the best dog; so easy going & just loves life. He is fully vetted, neutered & mirco-chipped. He also knows basic commands and is a quick, eager learner. ***Royce is being fostered in Shreveport, LA but can be transported to the Northeast by a transport service. After being with a foster almost a month and only getting positive feed back I was contacted Friday evening stating he was acting possessive of his yard towards the 11 year old neighbor and they couldn't take any chances with him. So Saturday morning I picked him up. I've not seen any possessiveness over anything and we have people of all ages coming and going all the time as I have kids myself. In my honest opinion Rocky is pretty close to perfect. He is house trained, great with all dogs of all sizes, he even does well with cats, kennel trained, rides well in the car, doesn't jump, walks well on a leash, amd minds well. He makes 9 dogs at my house and although he is cared for he needs a FOREVER FAMILY. Where he gets all the love. .He is neutered, UTD on vaccines, on flea/tick prevention. He is heartworm positive (which isn't contagious) We have given him a proheart 12 which is a slow kill method of ridding the heartworms amd much easier on his 10 year old senior body. . Please consider fostering or adopting sweet Rocky. He really is the best. She came to us after being dumped and living in the woods in extreme heat for over a week. She was very thin and heartworm positive. She was recently treated for heartworms, spayed, she is UTD on vaccines, and microchipped. She loves other dogs, does well with cats, and although she is a bit shy at first she warms up quickly. She is house trained and kennel trained. She is shy when meeting new people but once she warms up she wants to be your best friend. She will snuggle and give so much love. She would do great in a home with kids or another dog or both. His nub tail is always wagging and he just wants to love you and be loved by you. He is a big goof but also so sweet and loving. He knows sit and shake and he has never had a accident in the house or his kennel. He's currently laid up with me snacking on a bag of trail mix. He doesn't beg and he takes his treats so gently. He does get excited with new people or when coming in after being outside but he settles quickly. Our vet guestimates him to be around 6 years old but he sure has a lot of spunk to be middle aged. I think Oscar would do best in a home with a dog close in size that also enjoys playing. He is neutered, current on vaccines, heartworm negative with a proheart 6, and microchipped. This big cutie patootie is going to be the perfect addition to the right family.
