Doug is around 1 year old and full of life. Since he came to us as a found dog, we don’t know much about his past—but what we do know is that this boy absolutely lives for playtime. He has big puppy energy and sometimes isn’t quite sure what to do with all of it! Doug does great with other dogs and would love a home with playful pup pals to help him burn off that energy. Doug is already housetrained and has a wonderful foundation to build on. He would benefit from some continued training and a patient, understanding family while he’s learning. The good news? Doug adores people and is eager to please, which makes him a great candidate for training and bonding. With love, structure, and lots of play, Doug is going to be an amazing companion.

Story
The truth is out there… and his name is Fox Mulder. This young, 1-year-old pup is on a mission to find his forever home—and he’s bringing plenty of personality along for the ride. At around 70 pounds, Fox is a strong, playful boy who’s always ready to investigate the world around him. Fox Mulder does best with older, sturdier kids who can keep up with his size and enthusiasm. He’s a social guy who enjoys the company of other playful dogs and would love a canine companion who matches his energy. Like any good agent, Fox is a work in progress—he enjoys his walks and is currently working on his leash manners (he’s a bit of a puller), but with consistency and guidance, he’s sure to improve. He’s smart, eager, and ready to learn with the right partner by his side. If you’re looking for a loyal companion to explore life’s mysteries with—whether that’s a walk around the neighborhood or a cozy night on the couch—Fox Mulder is ready to open the case on his forever home. Trust no one… except your new best friend.
