Sibby was brought in with a broken leg so bad they had to amputate. What she lacks in legs, she makes up for in love. She doesn't mind wandering around the playpen but what she really wants is to cuddle up on the couch with you. She loves snuggles and laying in your lap. Moxie is about 2 years old (or younger!) and weighs 35 pounds. With her short little legs, long body, skinny head, and pointy ears, she has the most adorable look. And if that wasn’t cute enough, she sports the sweetest little underbite that will absolutely melt your heart! This happy girl is full of energy and personality. Her short leg zoomies are guaranteed to make you smile, and she’s always ready to turn an ordinary day into an adventure. Whether it’s exploring a new trail, playing in the yard, or enjoying a long game of fetch until her little heart is content, Moxie is all in! She has done well with other dogs and enjoys having canine friends. She hasn’t met kids or cats while in our care, so slow and proper introductions will be important if she joins a home with them. Moxie is a whole lot of joy packed into a perfectly compact package. If you’re looking for a playful, happy, and endlessly entertaining best friend, Moxie is ready to zoom her way right into your heart!

Story
Maple is a 1–2-year-old, 35 pound bundle of joy who is absolutely bursting with life and energy. This darling little girl is always ready for action and would love nothing more than to join you on all of your adventures! Whether it’s hiking a new trail, exploring the neighborhood, or just playing fetch in the backyard. She has done well with other dogs but can get a little jealous at times, so she’ll need a family willing to help her continue learning good sharing skills. She also needs help with basic manners and commands. Maple didn’t show much interest in the cats at the shelter, though any feline introductions in a home should be done properly and gradually to set everyone up for success. She hasn’t had the chance to meet kids while in our care. Maple is truly a sweetheart with so much love to give. If you’re looking for a fun, affectionate, and spirited companion to brighten your days, Maple is ready to start her next chapter in a forever home!

This sweet girl is Winnie. She is about 1–2 years old and weighs around 45 lbs. Winnie has done well with other dogs and previously lived with cats. While she may try to chase them at times, she responds well to correction and is also known to happily cuddle up with them. Winnie also does great with kids, and loves running and playing with them. Winnie was around goats in her previous home and we are told she did fine with them. Winnie cannot go to a home with birds of any kind (chickens, peacocks, pet birds, etc.). She loves exploring the world around her and is eager for her next big adventure! Give us a call or PM if you would like to meet her.
