Story
*** AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION, FOSTER, or FOSTER TO ADOPT *** Meet Shelby! She is currently in our P.A.C.K. Program, a 9-week intensive program for routine obedience, agility, and handling training with a prison inmate trainer and she is almost ready to show off her new skills! Her new abilities include 'sit', 'down', 'shake' and more! New adopters should realize that PACK Program graduates will require regular, ongoing reinforcement of learned behaviors in order for them to become permanent. Miss Shelby has a sensitive soul. She can be scared and nervous when she meets people. She enjoys cuddling once she knows you. She can coexist with other dogs but doesn't interact much with them. She'd rather lounge around and lay in the best sunspots. She does enjoy a nice short walk from time to time but doesn't need too much exercise. She actually protests exercise sometimes, faking a fall and laying down on a walk refusing to go further. This happens when she decides the walk has been long enough. Shelby is kennel trained and house trained. Due to her nervousness, she will need a 6' fence to keep her safely contained in her new yard. If your heart is searching for new soulful and fairly calm companion, apply to meet Shelby today. She'll graduate mid-April.

*** AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION, FOSTER, or FOSTER TO ADOPT *** Meet Miss Aria! When Aria first arrived, she was quite timid and scared. She hasn't had the easiest start to life. But since starting her PACK journey, she's really started to blossom! She will gladly come up and say hi to new people now. Her handler said she's always happy now. When meeting her new family, some nervous tendencies may come back, so she may need some time to get to know new people again. She likes to play with other dogs in PACK but needs reminders to take quite breaks every now and then. She's also started to really enjoy fetch. She brings the ball back and waits for it to be thrown again. Aria is still working on her house training but making progress each and every day. She's only had a couple accidents while at PACK. Regulating her water intake also helps her. When we first introduced her to cats, she was scared and shut down. In a previous home though she had lived peacefully with them. Aria is set to graduate mid-April and is eager to meet her new family. Apply to meet her today!

Bluebird is a friendly, adaptable and confident dog. True to the husky breed, she loves to talk and sing the song of her people. This girl loves to wrestle with the other dogs. She's gotten along great with all the dogs she's met at PACK. She can have a higher energy play style. While she's been in our care, she hasn't met a person she didn't like. She was a bit more hesitant around men but has gained confidence while in PACK. She will readily go up to people to say hi now. Bluebird is kennel trained and house trained. She has shown some desire to chase birds and bunnies but did successfully live with a cat in her foster home. She wants to play with them. We can reintroduce her to cats again if someone is interested. If you’re looking for an active, loyal, and somewhat chatty pup, apply to meet Bluebird today! She'll graduate towards the middle of April and cannot wait to meet you!

Story
I’ve had him since he was a puppy and he’s been an amazing dog. He’s very smart very loving. He’s never had a problem with people until he got into an altercation with a great Dane. The great Dane started the fight. A couple weeks later, my mother came home from the UK. We were at a rest stop coming home and there was an older lady with two canes she wanted to see beaux and I told her that he was acting a little different lately. She said oh well, let’s see and she came towards him anyways. He jumped up and nipped her on the lip. There was some blood, but it wasn’t that bad. That’s the only issues I’ve ever had with him. After those altercations, I went and got him neutered. He’s always had a good temperament, but he’s been a little different after those two altercations. That was in October 2025 he hasn’t had any altercation since.

Story
Hello! My name is Kit. I am about 1 year old. I currently live with my foster, 1 other large dog, and 2 cats, and love them all. I have only been around a small child for short periods of time, but did well. I LOVE TO PLAY, and look forward to my evening walks. I am crate trained, but will also sleep with my body pressed up against you every night. I am spayed, up to date on all vaccines, and in good health. I go to work with my foster and love hanging out in the office. While I can ride around town without a problem, I do get a little car sick on longer/windier rides.

Hi, I'm Skywalker. I am a sweet 8-year-old boy. I do have separation anxiety but reportedly do better with tv or radio being left on. I need to be an only dog household as I don't like to share with other dogs. I will be up to date on vaccinations upon adoption. I will be available for adoption 03-10-2026.
