Domestic Longhair kittens & cats in Scotts Valley, California

Oreo is a handsome 5-year-old male cat looking for a loving new home. He is a 16-pound big cat and used to live with his parents and siblings until his first owner deceded to give them all away. Our neighbor brought him to us 3 years ago. Our rehoming him is only necessary because one of our family members developed a lung condition and can no longer keep a long-haired cat indoors. Oreo is brave, affectionate, and adapts quickly to new enviroments. He enjoys cuddling, playing with toys, watching the world from the window, and earning treats. He is litter-trained, clean, neutered, vaccinated, healthy, and has no medical needs. Oreo does well with gentle children but may scratch or bite if he feels threatened, and he is not a good match for a home with other cats. He has lived indoors with us, though he may have had indoor/outdoor access before. His ideal home is with an experenced cat owner, respectful children, and, if safe for the area, access to a secure indoor/outdoor lifestyle.

Luke was found abandoned at a drive-in theater parking lot.  Our rescue group took him in and got him fixed and vaccinated and chipped.  He is very affectionate.  He likes to follow you around sometimes for pets.  He sometimes gets overstimulated and gives you a light nip but nothing serious.  He just lets you know when he's done.  He would be ok as an indoor/outdoor pet if it is a safe area with no busy traffic and no coyote activity.  He's really sweet.  March 24, 2026, 12:20 am

Elvis has been through more than most. When the home he knew burned down, he disappeared for an entire month, given up for lost. Elvis is a huge fan of them and will come lay in your lap if you show him one. He gets there on his own terms, and it's worth the wait. Elvis is paired with Dottie, who also mellow and doesn’t ask for much. Sometime you’ll catch him following her around and if Dottie meows for him, Elvis comes running. Both are shy around new people and environments, and will need a calm, quiet home where they can decompress at their own pace. A household without young children would suit them best.
