Born December 2025 Atlas (shorthair male) & Athena (long haired female) have been through almost everything challenging a kitten could face early in life. So their names were chosen to reflect their perseverance & strength. They were rescued from a dangerous living situation at a metal recycling plant with two other siblings, but sadly the others did not survive. Because of everything Atlas & Athena have endured, their bond is inseparable. They are all the other has had for many months. They are still getting used to being held but they love their pets & playtime with their human & will absolutely melt your heart. Atlas is a goofy guy with such charisma and a uniquely intelligent cat brain. He likes to play hide n seek & will follow you around the house like your sidekick. He likes to help with house chores by licking the dishes & chasing the broom. Athena is a gentle, fluffy doll of a cat who is gentle, kind, & mindful. She is calm yet energetic when the right toy is presented. Athena appreciates a selection of the finest brushes for her elegant & radiant coat. She will purr endlessly with each stroke. Fern ... a 14 year old, long haired beauty! Sweet, darling, energetic, and charming Fern. This charismatic senior gal was tragically left to fend for herself after she had clearly been cared for by loving people at some point.  She was begging a family for shelter and that's when we were notified about Fern. She was instant butter in our hands. She was not only grateful for the warmth and safety of the indoors, but she also thrives off human connection.  Fern will be your constant shadow and caretaker, making sure you go to bed on time and get plenty of rest by being your purrrfect sound machine at night and making you morning biscuits for breakfast. She really wants to be by your side, whether that be during your work meetings, while you eat, or during evening programs.  Sometimes she likes to cook dinner and will bring you her finest mouse toy, seasoned with love. She enjoys conversation and just wants a human to call her own. While Fern is an absolutely angel with people, she has communicated to us quite strongly that she cannot be with other animals. Moonlight was found wandering the streets of Oakland after her previous owner sadly passed away. This pretty long-haired tuxedo girl is clearly overjoyed to be back indoors where she belongs. She is a total lovebug who melts the moment she gets attention. Moonlight is incredibly snuggly and affectionate. She is highly food-motivated (treats are her love language!), and she shows her appreciation with dramatic, happy flops the second you start petting her. Shell settle right beside you, purring deeply while making biscuits non-stop pure contentment in cat form.  One of her favorite pastimes is proudly carrying around her beloved pickle toy like a trophy. She does wonderfully with other cats and would thrive in a home with feline siblings or as an only cat whichever fits your family best.  At just 2 years old, she still has plenty of playful energy but clearly prefers the cozy indoor life of snuggles, soft beds, and reliable meals. Medical: Spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccines. After providing her top notch medical care, her echo-cardiogram showed that she was born with an enlarged heart. Controlled by daily medication, her vet assures us she can live a long, healthy life. Upon adoption, all medical records will be provided. She is easy going when taking her oral meds of a diuretic and anti-blood clotting meds.  Her official diagnosis is Congenital Mitral Dysplasia with Tachypnea/Respiratory effort. She takes her medication easily every day and is doing very well on them.
