Story
DOB: May 2020 Please note, this is a posting through the Courtesy Adoption Program. Please contact the current owner directly for more details. Their details are below. Harry is a stunning long-haired grey boy with a gentle, affectionate temperament. He’s known for his loyalty and “baby-like” personality — happiest when being held or cuddled close. He tends to bond deeply with one or two people and may be shy around visitors at first, but once he trusts you, he’s pure sweetness. Harry never scratches or bites and makes a wonderfully calm and loving companion. He’d thrive in a quiet home where he can feel secure and loved. Harry is to be adopted with his brother Lloyd, another sweet boy and the orange kitty in the photos. Harry is participating in our Courtesy Adoption Posting Program and is not the property of Toronto Cat Rescue. Toronto Cat Rescue does not accept responsibility for any pet placements that result from this service. If you need more info or would like to adopt please contact Vanessa at 416-616-0264 - Thank you!

Story
Cinnamon, spice, and everything nice—this pretty well encapsulates our handsome ginger, Cinnamon. Surrendered due to some unfortunate circumstances, this sweet boy is understandably perturbed. Love and patience in his foster home are allowing Cinnamon to slowly blossom into the cat he is meant to be.ABOUT CINAMMON- In foster- Cinnamon’s foster parents describe him as “a gentle soul who just wants love.”- He enjoys pets under his ears and chin, and likes to be kissed on the head. How sweet is that? - At this point, Cinnamon only allows brushing on the top of his head and very limited brushing along his back. - He has the softest little meow, and can get a good purr going to show he is happy.- Cinnamon greets his foster mom in the morning, says hello with his trademark meow, asks for a quick pick-up and cuddle, and then will settle on the back of her chair while she enjoys her coffee. What a wonderful way to start your morning. - He has early stage kidney disease that is managed with a prescription diet. - Cinnamon has a heart murmur that will need to be monitored with regular vet visits and an annual ultrasound.- He is neutered, microchipped, dewormed, flea-treated, SNAP-tested for FIV/FeLV, and up to date on core vaccinations.CINNAMON’S IDEAL HOME- As we get to know Cinnamon, we will be able to better identify his ideal home.- Given his shy nature, he will likely do well in a quiet home with no young children. - Cinnamon’s contact with cats and dogs is unknown.Could you be the one to open up your heart and home to Cinnamon? He deserves to be loved and cherished once again. Cinnamon will be sure to share everything nice, and even a tiny bit of mild spice until he feels comfortable. Apply to adopt Cinnamon today. If you have any questions about Cinnamon or the adoption process, please contact cats@etobicokehumanesociety.com

Story
Hi, my name is Houdini, Male - pending neuterDomestic Medium HairApprox. 2 years old I'm here to charm my way into your heart I'm a bit of an enigma, just like my namesake, but I promise I'm a friendly fellow once you get to know me. I love attention, and you'll often find me purring contentedly. I'm happiest in a smaller, cozy space, but I've been getting braver and now come to you when called, even in larger areas. While I thrive in a calm environment, I'm not the biggest fan of dogs. In the presence of dogs, I tend to become a bit of a wallflower and prefer to hide. Therefore, a home without dogs would be the perfect fit for me, where I can continue to flourish and feel safe.If you're looking for a loyal, affectionate companion who will bring joy and warmth into your life, look no further.
