Story
Moochie is a beautiful, wonderful, precious soul. He wants to be the center of attention and can't get enough of it. Where you are, he is. He loves to play, watch Cat Tv and brushings. I acquired him on 12/31 from a family friend. I wasn't looking for a pet, but due to their situation, I agreed to home him. I just started working in the office, after working from home for the last 3 years. I work long hours and usually continue my day once home. Moochie is starving for the attention and affection he is used to receiving from me. This isn't fair to him. He deserves more than I'm able to provide. Moochie would do best in a home of a senior, retired or work from home individual or couple. All toys and supplies provided, including a self cleaning litter box.

Story
I am in Champaign Illinois. I can’t change it from saying Pennsylvania anymore….ButLincoln is a year old, half Tabby, half white long-hair. Extremely personable, will follow you everywhere and sleep with you, etc. Breaks my heart to get rid of him, he is pretty hyper and I’m taking care of my 85-year-old father who is getting more and more unstable, especially with the kitty running around. He will make the best pet for somebody who’s ready for a rowdy kitty!

Story
Birthday: March 5, 2023 Blackberry is as handsome and dashing as they come.  Though it may appear that he's sending a wink at you, he actually only has one eye! When he was rescued, he was taken to a vet, where he received treatment for his eye.  Now it has healed nicely, and he's using his new look to his advantage - to charm his way into your heart!  Of course, this gorgeous boy is more than just looks! Blackberry is as sweet as the berry he's named after. He's downright sweet to his very core, often showing off his affectionate side to people.  This is usually after he gets to know them, but even his foster has noticed how quickly he came around in their house when he first arrived! He loves being sweet-talked, and it shows! He will roll around on the floor whenever he's super happy and full of glee! His adoption donation is $140 and includes age-appropriate vaccines, dewormer, flea treatment, Felv/FIV testing, microchip, and neuter. Story
Sprinkles is a gorgeous black-and-white long-haired tuxedo gentleman with a resilient spirit and an endless supply of love to give. Born approximately June 2020, Sprinkles entered rescue on January 30 after surviving a traumatic animal attack that left him with severe facial injuries requiring extensive advanced wound care. Thanks to dedicated medical treatment and lots of TLC, Sprinkles made an incredible recovery — today, you would never know the extent of what he endured because his wounds and scars have healed beautifully.   One lasting reminder of his past is an injury to his right eye that caused his third eyelid to remain permanently elevated. Thankfully, this does not affect his vision at all, and Sprinkles goes about life completely normally. In fact, he approaches every day with enthusiasm, affection, and joy.   Sprinkles is exceptionally friendly and social. He adores people, seeks out affection, and has a playful, happy personality that makes him an instant favorite. He loves attention, companionship, and being involved in whatever is happening around him. Despite everything he has been through, he remains trusting, loving, and full of life.   During his time in foster care, Sprinkles formed a very special bond with another rescue cat named Wookie, an orange-and-white long-haired cat recovering from corrective eye surgery. The two quickly became inseparable companions. Every evening they wrestle, tumble, chase, and roll around together in joyful play sessions before settling down to relax side by side. Their friendship has been incredibly heartwarming to watch, and they clearly bring comfort and confidence to one another.   Because of their close bond, it would be wonderful if Sprinkles and Wookie could be adopted together into a loving forever home. Both cats have overcome significant medical hardships and now simply want the happy, safe indoor life they deserve — filled with love, playtime, soft places to nap, and people to adore. The adoption fee for Sprinkles AND Wookie is $115.  Sprinkles is proof that even after hardship, cats can heal physically and emotionally and continue to love with their whole hearts. Sprinkle’s adoption donation is $75 and includes age-appropriate vaccines, dewormer, flea treatment, Felv/FIV testing, microchip, and neuter/spay. Story
Microphthalmus eyes, entropian corrected  Wookie is a stunning orange-and-white long-haired boy with a fluffy coat and an even fluffier heart. Born approximately March 16, 2025, Wookie came from an outdoor colony and was rescued on March 20, 2026, just in time to change the course of his life forever.   When Wookie first went in to be neutered, veterinarians feared the worst and believed he might be blind, even recommending removal of his eyes. Thankfully, his foster and rescue pursued further evaluation with a veterinary eye specialist before making such a life-altering decision. The specialist discovered that Wookie was not blind at all — he simply has unusually small eyeballs, and his eyelashes were folding inward against his corneas, causing severe pain and irritation. Despite everything he endured, Wookie still had normal vision.   On April 21, 2026, Wookie underwent entropion surgery to correct his eyelids and relieve the constant discomfort he had likely lived with his entire life. Since surgery, he has absolutely blossomed. Now able to see comfortably and clearly, Wookie is thriving and discovering just how wonderful indoor life can be.   Wookie is gentle, sweet-natured, and incredibly loving. During his recovery, he formed a special bond with another foster cat named Sprinkles, a six-year-old black tuxedo long-haired cat who was healing from a facial wound of his own. The two quickly became inseparable companions, providing comfort and friendship to one another through recovery. Wookie looks to Sprinkles for companionship, playtime, and cozy cuddle sessions, and it would be a dream come true if they could find a forever home together.   Wookie deserves a family who will see him the way his foster does: not as the cat who almost lost his eyes, but as the beautiful survivor who finally got the chance to live without pain. With his soft coat, soulful expression, and affectionate personality, Wookie is ready to spend the rest of his life being cherished indoors where he belongs.   Please also refer to Sprinkles’ adoption profile if you are considering opening your home to this very special bonded friendship. There is an adoption discount for adopting these two boys together of $165.  His adoption donation is $115 and includes age-appropriate vaccines, dewormer, flea treatment, Felv/FIV testing, microchip, and neuter. If you would like more information on Wookie, please contact lovingcarecatrescue@gmail.com.
