Story
Beautiful like the sunrise and sunset, rising and falling at the start and end of the day. Skye, yes, Skye, that is my name! I am not shy to say that I am one GORGEOUS girl. I mean, just look at me. It is surely not a lie. With my fluffy brown and white fur, tuffed ears, and puffy tail, how not to see me as the kitty of the ball? I also have a bit of a unique look in one of my eyes. I have what is called Iris Melanosis. This is where the iris of my eye has become pigmented. Currently, there are no worries about it, however, my future family will need to keep it monitored by their vet. Other than my looks, I am also quite the sweetheart too! Well, that’s what my caretakers say! I love attention, and though I am not a fan of being picked up, I sure do love being surrounded by love. I am just unsure of being picked up off from the ground that I am used to standing on. I guess you could also say I am a special girl. Due to my age, I do have some needs that my new family will need to understand. I am hard of hearing and have the start of CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease). However, besides these, I am otherwise very healthy. Just a supplement diet to help with my kidney levels and patience for my hearing, and I am a happy camper. I will say, I do better in low-energy environments. Though I cannot hear well, I sense energy when it is in my bubble. Sometimes, this energy can become too much. This means that I prefer to be in a home with no other animals and no children. I would much rather just share my space with my pet parents than anyone else. I have had quite a crazy year thus far. I lived in a home my whole life, with a wonderful family; however, sadly, at the age of 12 years old, I lost my only family and have had to make a new one along the way. The caretakers at The Charming Cat Corner have definitely filled the role of my new family. Though it is temporary, and I love my caretakers, I am ready to find a new family, one that can give me the best home to spend my golden years in! Are you looking for a beautiful princess to have as a friend? A kitty to wait patiently for your attention? If so, don't look too far because I may just be the gal for you!

Story
Skip is a handsome adult domestic longhair who has spent most of his young life waiting for stability. Since being rescued as a kitten in 2023, he has been adopted twice and returned twice—all because he was not given the necessary time to adjust to a new home.?While Skip is a friendly, smart, playful boy who lives for human interaction, his previous setbacks proved that Skip isn`t looking for any home—he`s looking for the RIGHT one.?Skip is a wonderful, attentive cat who transforms into a gentle lap cat who loves kisses once he feels secure. However, he requires a special kind of adopter who understands the importance of DECOMPRESSION. He needs a family willing to give him the patience, time, and space necessary to truly adapt to a new situation without pressure.?If you are ready to make a dedicated commitment and welcome a loving companion who has been waiting too long, Skip promises to reward you with a lifetime of affection.Born May 2023 and is located in a foster home.Included with Adoption: age appropriate shots, de-worming, combo test, microchip plus registration, and spay/neuter If you are interested in adopting, please complete our pre-application: https://form.jotform.com/asr628/cat-adoption-inquiry

Story
The Sweet and Thoughtful Sister Hi, I’m Genevieve — a gentle soul with a soft heart. I’m a little more reserved than my outgoing brother, Jean Pierre. I like to sit back and watch the fun before I jump in to join the action! Once I feel comfortable, I adore being petted and cuddling with my foster mom. I do wonderfully with other cats and friendly dogs, and I love spending time with my brother. I may start off shy, but once you earn my trust, I’ll be your loving little shadow.

Story
Penny is a beautiful young cat who would love a home that will see her as just that and not just as a mom.She loves being a mother and is extremely patient with her 4 babies but she is too young for the responsibilities that she currently has. She has a big heart and isn’t afraid to purr and rub all over you but when it’s your time to show her love, she’s a little unsure on what to do. She is learning quick though! She has come such a long way in just 2 months so i am confident she is going to be a snuggly girl before we know it! In the meantime, she just needs someone who is willing to be patient with her while she figures out what having a home feels like. She is a playful girl but other than her own kittens, we are unsure if she does well with cats. She is not a fan of big dogs. If you are interested in adopting please complete our online application: https://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=lv2236&method=online_form_html&formid=43Adoption Fee is $100.00All kittens are fully vetted prior to being adopted, FVRCP, FeLV and Rabies Vaccines, FeLV / FIV Tested, Spayed / Neutered and Microchipped.
