You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.North Texas Cat Rescue P.O Box 1504 McKinney, TX 75070 214.454.9395 www.northtexascatrescue.com Annalise and her 5 kittens were rescued by NTCR from the shelter in McKinney. She has successfully raised her babies and is ready to find her forever home. Annalise has a beautiful, long, silky, black & white coat and gold eyes. She loves attention and is very affectionate with older children and adults. Annalise enjoys sleeping in the cat tree, playing with toys, and laying on her foster mom's desk. She also likes to sleep at the foot of the bed with her human foster parents. Typically, she is quiet, but she can be vocal when she wants attention. She often "talks" to her human foster dad until he picks her up. :) Annalise lives along side the other cats in her foster home without issue, but she does not require a companion cat in her forever home. She would do well as an only cat. Annalise has excellent litter box manners. She also likes to stretch and scratch on her scratching post. (She seems to prefer carpet posts to sisal rope) She loves cat nip and yummy treats. If would like to learn more about Annalise, please fill out a no obligation adoption application with North Texas Cat Rescue. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. Please contact NTCR AT 214.454.9395 should you have any concerns or questions. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.North Texas Cat Rescue P.O Box 1504 McKinney, TX 75070 214.454.9395 www.northtexascatrescue.com Gus is super affectionate and friendly. He follows his foster around the house and likes to be near her, often times being exceptionally "helpful" with whatever chore she's doing. Gus loves to sit in laps and have his head/face/chin scratched. He also loves to be held and cuddled. Initially, in a new environment, he is  a  bit shy and needs to be introduced to the home, pets, etc slowly.  He's very playful and enjoys playtime with the other kitties in his foster home. He's not a "rough and tumble" kind of cat but playing with the same toys or chasing one another around the house is fun to him. He does give love bites, but those have waned since he's now playing with other cats; however, given this, he'd be better in a home with older kids. He’s not fostered with dogs, so we don’t know how he is with them. His adoption fee is $150. If you see him on a site other than www.northtexascatrescue.com, please visit our site to verify he is still available for adoption. If you’re interested in meeting him, please complete an online application on NTCR’s website. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.North Texas Cat Rescue P.O Box 1504 McKinney, TX 75070 214.454.9395 www.northtexascatrescue.com Hi there!  I'm Brownie and I'm a floofy tortie who loves people! My foster parents were feeding me outside and one day I thought that inside would be better, and I was right! I really like it best when I'm with my humans and would love to spend all of my time with them, but I'm not a fan of the other kitties that they take care of. What I really want is a happy home where I am the only cat so I can get all of the attention. My fosters said that  being FIV+ doesn't slow me down at all! I haven't met children so I don't know how I would react to them, but I love to just snuggle up with my humans and get lots of pets!   If you’re not familiar with FIV, it stands for feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV). It is a virus that is not transmittable to other species and only spread from cat-to-cat via blood - so deep bite wounds. It does not negatively affect a cat's life or lifespan nor does it impact their quality of life. FIV+ cats may have above average dental disease, i.e. need dentals sooner or more often, but that is not always the case with every FIV+ cat. It's really important that when FIV+ cats are taken for yearly check-ups at the vet, their teeth are also checked.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. Please contact NTCR AT 214.454.9395 should you have any concerns or questions. Story
Chloe is a long-haired tortie who is very sweet and so pretty. She loves to talk, especially at meal times! She is not a lap cat, but will take a ear or chin scratch every chance she can get. Chloe would love to retire in a quiet, low-key environment and be the one-and-only furbaby of the house. Chloe would be a great companion for someone who wants an easy-going, non-demanding buddy when they come home from a long day.
