Story
Dahlia is one year old. Has long black fur. She does have a little of a smokey color on her stomach. Does very well with people, but sadly not other cats. Seem to be a territorial. Looking for a place that would be willing to have just one cat. Believe she would do better by herself. She very gentle towards people. Loves to play with laser pointers. Could chase them all day. Unfortunately do to new living situations we are unable to take care of her. Looking for a lovely new home.

Story
Meet Sassy! Sassy is a beautiful long hair girl. She is super sweet and loves to sit on your lap. She loves to be petted and brushed. She is loyal to her human. She is quiet and easy going. Sassy has been a single kitty for the past 6 years. She is currently being fostered with other kitties and has shown she could learn to get along with a quiet friend. Sassy was originally rescued when she was 6 months old. She is now 6 years old and someone in her home developed allergies. She is looking for her second chance home. ************************************** Our adoption fees are $125 for one, $200 for 2, and cover the spay/neuter, age-appropriate shots, microchip, combo test, deworming, and collar and ID tag. We require our adopters are 21 years old or older, keep the cat inside only (unless on a leash/harness or in a catio), and do not declaw.

Story
Sheen is a very sweet cat. She is loving and purrs easily. She likes attention and is good with children. I adopted her for my elderly mother from my coworker who had been advised to rehome her due to allergies. My mother, who has dementia, is no longer able to care for Sheen. Additionally, Sheen has been having accidents within the past few months. This combination of circumstances has led us to attempt to rehome her. I think that Sheen would do well with a person/family that has the space and time to retrain her to use the litterbox consistently.

Story
Meet Cupcake: A Calico Beauty Unveiling Her Sweetness

Cupcake, a delightful 7-year-old calico kitty, was brought into the shelter as an owner surrender. Imagine the whirlwind of emotions she experienced, arriving at the shelter, scared and shut down. This petite, long-haired beauty, with her mesmerizing calico coat, had her world turned upside down. However, Cupcake's journey took a heartwarming turn when her foster mom stepped into the shelter and witnessed her cuddling with two fellow feline friends in a carrier.

Cupcake has been taken in by the other adult cats in her foster home, finding solace and support among her newfound companions. The feline camaraderie has worked wonders in assuring Cupcake that it's okay to let her guard down and embrace the love surrounding her. Her journey from fear to comfort is a testament to the healing power of companionship.

Although slow to come around initially, Cupcake has been gradually revealing her sweet and gentle nature. Always open to receiving pets from her foster mom, she's learned that the touch of a caring hand brings comfort and reassurance. Cupcake's curiosity and playful spirit have started to emerge, particularly when it comes to interactive toys like mouse toys or anything with strings she can try to catch.

When it comes to treats, Cupcake has a discerning palate. She loves the creamy goodness of churu and equally enjoys the satisfying crunch of treats. These little indulgences serve as moments of joy for Cupcake, reflecting her ability to find happiness in the simple pleasures of life.

In her forever home, Cupcake dreams of a calm and loving environment. She is in search of a patient family that understands the importance of giving her the time, comfort, and love she needs to fully blossom into the loving kitty she is meant to be.

If you are ready to welcome a sweet and resilient soul into your home, consider bringing Cupcake into your life. She is not just a cat; she is a cupcake of love, waiting to add a sprinkle of sweetness to your world.

Story
All of our cats are current on vaccines, combo tested (FIV/FELV) , spayed/neutered, microchipped, given rabies vaccine as age appropriate, flea treatment and dewormer as needed   Peanut, approx DOB 11/17/19, was abandoned when his previous owners moved out of their apartment. Fortunately, he found a feral colony that was being fed to hang out with, but the outside world was no life for him. To make matters worse, he ended up with a horrible ear infection while he was outside which resulted in him becoming mostly deaf. He can sometimes hear really loud noises, but we estimate his hearing loss to be about 80-85%. Additionally, since he was abandoned, he is very slow to warm up to people and trust them, but he absolutely adores other cats and is very dependent on them. For the most part, he does not even want to eat unless he has a friend to keep him company. Peanut will be looking for a quiet home with at least one other very cat-friendly cat to be his BFF. Peanut's favorite activities are lounging around looking regal, playing with track ball towers, and getting wet food. He really enjoys being petted, but can still be a bit shy to accept the pets until he realizes how awesome they are .  T-AW**Want to adopt?
