Story
My name is Tiramisu and I’m originally from Donna, TX in the Rio Grande Valley. i have sparkly gold eyes, and tortoiseshell colored fur. I have the cutest orange patch of fur on top of my head. My foster mom tells me I’m the perfect colors for fall. I was a tiny baby and it took me a while to grow big enough to be considered for adoptions. I’m still small for my age but I have a big personality to make up for my demure size.I’m spunky, outgoing, playful, curious and sweet. Just being close to my foster mom makes me purr and make air biscuits. I play with anything that looks like a kitty toy. Water bottle lids are one of my favorite toys. I love to bat at them, watch them slide across the floor, and then run to catch up with them. I like sleeping next to my foster mom at night and love to be petted and brushed. I enjoy munching on kibble throughout the day but really love dinner time because my foster mom gives me delicious canned food. I cry and cry and cry until my foster mom gives me a big bowl of meaty morsels as soon as I hear her opening the can. I think that I sound like a big, ferocious kitty but everyone else thinks my meow sounds like a tiny kitten.I’m comfortable around adults, grade school age children (or older), other cats and a small dog. I’m fine with other pets as long as I’ve been properly introduced to them. I’d do well in a home with a playful young kitty who will be my friend. I can’t wait to find my furever home and hope you will come by the rescue on Saturdays to meet me in personIf you are interested in adopting please complete our online application: https://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=lv2236&method=online_form_html&formid=43Adoption Fee is $150.00All kittens are fully vetted prior to being adopted, FVRCP, FeLV and Rabies Vaccines, FeLV / FIV Tested, Spayed / Neutered and Microchipped

Story
Sweetie Pie is friendly, affectionate, and instantly turns on his purr machine the moment you pet him. He’s also a track star — this boy is fast. Fast enough that he often becomes "mysteriously missing" because he has slipped out of his room like an adorable tiny escape artist. (Not his fault — doors are just opportunities waiting to happen.)He loves:StringsToy miceBalls of any size (if it rolls, it’s his)Bird-watchingHis brother Popcorn most of allSweetie Pie and Popcorn were born to a feral mom and found outside days apart. Sweetie Pie has always been confident, outgoing, and social — and he helps Popcorn feel braver. They are deeply bonded, snuggle together, play wrestle together, and look for each other when separated.Sweetie Pie could live in a loving home with other friendly pets, but the dream home is one where he and Popcorn stay together. Popcorn needs Sweetie Pie’s confidence, and Sweetie Pie needs his brother’s quiet companionship. If you are interested in adopting please complete our online application: https://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=lv2236&method=online_form_html&formid=43Adoption Fee is $150.00 for the pair All kittens are fully vetted prior to being adopted, FVRCP, FeLV and Rabies Vaccines, FeLV / FIV Tested, Spayed / Neutered and Microchipped

Story
Penny is a beautiful young cat who would love a home that will see her as just that and not just as a mom.She loves being a mother and is extremely patient with her 4 babies but she is too young for the responsibilities that she currently has. She has a big heart and isn’t afraid to purr and rub all over you but when it’s your time to show her love, she’s a little unsure on what to do. She is learning quick though! She has come such a long way in just 2 months so i am confident she is going to be a snuggly girl before we know it! In the meantime, she just needs someone who is willing to be patient with her while she figures out what having a home feels like. She is a playful girl but other than her own kittens, we are unsure if she does well with cats. She is not a fan of big dogs. If you are interested in adopting please complete our online application: https://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=lv2236&method=online_form_html&formid=43Adoption Fee is $100.00All kittens are fully vetted prior to being adopted, FVRCP, FeLV and Rabies Vaccines, FeLV / FIV Tested, Spayed / Neutered and Microchipped.

Story
Meet Popcorn, our tiny, quiet ninja with a heart of gold. Popcorn is a cautious kitten who has taken time to learn that the world is safe. It has been months of slow progress, gentle patience, and soft encouragement — and now his personality is beginning to bloom in the sweetest, most rewarding ways.Popcorn does not like being held for long, but if you scoop him up gently, something magical happens — he turns on his purr machine and just melts into the moment. He shows love quietly: sitting nearby, watching calmly, being close without needing to be the center of attention. He enjoys:String toysPlush miceSmall rolling ballsBird TV at the windowA good cat tree with a hideaway cubbyPopcorn can be very fast and stealthy — a little ninja who can appear and disappear silently. He often prefers to watch and think before joining in. When he needs to feel safe, hiding spots are his comfort place. But Popcorn’s favorite thing in the entire world is his brother Sweetie Pie.They wrestle. They nap. They do tag-team zoomies. They are Rey Mysterio Jr. & John Cena Jr. in kitten form — tiny wrestlers with big hearts.Popcorn’s confidence grows when Sweetie Pie is near. They rely on each other emotionally and playfully, and they must be adopted as a bonded pair.If you are interested in adopting please complete our online application: https://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=lv2236&method=online_form_html&formid=43Adoption Fee is $150.00 for the pair All kittens are fully vetted prior to being adopted, FVRCP, FeLV and Rabies Vaccines, FeLV / FIV Tested, Spayed / Neutered and Microchipped

Story
Beautiful like the sunrise and sunset, rising and falling at the start and end of the day. Skye, yes, Skye, that is my name! I am not shy to say that I am one GORGEOUS girl. I mean, just look at me. It is surely not a lie. With my fluffy brown and white fur, tuffed ears, and puffy tail, how not to see me as the kitty of the ball? I also have a bit of a unique look in one of my eyes. I have what is called Iris Melanosis. This is where the iris of my eye has become pigmented. Currently, there are no worries about it, however, my future family will need to keep it monitored by their vet. Other than my looks, I am also quite the sweetheart too! Well, that’s what my caretakers say! I love attention, and though I am not a fan of being picked up, I sure do love being surrounded by love. I am just unsure of being picked up off from the ground that I am used to standing on. I guess you could also say I am a special girl. Due to my age, I do have some needs that my new family will need to understand. I am hard of hearing and have the start of CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease). However, besides these, I am otherwise very healthy. Just a supplement diet to help with my kidney levels and patience for my hearing, and I am a happy camper. I will say, I do better in low-energy environments. Though I cannot hear well, I sense energy when it is in my bubble. Sometimes, this energy can become too much. This means that I prefer to be in a home with no other animals and no children. I would much rather just share my space with my pet parents than anyone else. I have had quite a crazy year thus far. I lived in a home my whole life, with a wonderful family; however, sadly, at the age of 12 years old, I lost my only family and have had to make a new one along the way. The caretakers at The Charming Cat Corner have definitely filled the role of my new family. Though it is temporary, and I love my caretakers, I am ready to find a new family, one that can give me the best home to spend my golden years in! Are you looking for a beautiful princess to have as a friend? A kitty to wait patiently for your attention? If so, don't look too far because I may just be the gal for you!
