Angus is an unusual name for a little lady, but don't judge a book by its cover. This sweet kitty came to us from Oklahoma, so we are learning more about her every day. She is not intimidated by any of the cats twice her size.  Please note, we do NOT allow declawing of any cat or kitten that we adopt out, unless deemed medically necessary. We will gladly provide you with alternative methods of managing cats with claws. We're open from 12-4 PM Tuesday - Saturday. Did you know you don't need to have an appointment to visit our available cats and dogs***? Simply drop by and if you find a potential new furry friend, you can fill out an application on the day you visit. Go to townandcountryanimalrescue.org to fill out our digital application. Applications are typically processed in 3-5 business days. Once you're approved, you can return on the date and time set up by your adoption counselor, with your family for a meet and greet. If it goes well, you can take your new best friend home on the meet and greet day! ***Please note that animals in foster homes cannot be viewed at our rescue, and appointments are still required to meet them. Meet Judi, a beautiful 5-year-old long hair tabby. Like so many of the cats who find their way to us, Judi is taking her time adjusting to her new environment. New places can feel big and unfamiliar, but even in those quiet, cautious moments, her sweetness still shines through. What we do know is this: Judi loves her people deeply. Once she feels safe and comfortable, she loves with her whole heart, the kind of loyal, gentle love that makes every day a little brighter. The adoption fee is $125 + tax and covers age-appropriate vaccines, a microchip, and a spay/neuter.
