While she’s not the biggest fan of human cuddles right away, she absolutely loves playing — especially chasing toys and racing around with her sister in their favorite game of tag.Spice is curious and observant and will often follow you around the house, happily watching from a distance while you go about your day. She tends to bond closely with other cats and often prefers snuggling up with one of her feline friends over people.With patience, kindness, and time to build trust, she slowly warms up and shows her softer side. After a long day of zooming around and chasing toys, Sugar is happiest curled up next to you for a cozy couch snuggle — or perched right on your shoulder soaking up the love.She loves to run, play, and wrestle with her sister, especially during their favorite game of tag. Meet Shiloh!Shiloh is a handsome medium-haired tabby boy! While he may be a little shy when meeting new people, underneath that reserved exterior is a sweet and gentle cat just waiting for the right person to give him a chance. Shiloh enjoys quiet spaces, cozy naps, and observing the world from a safe spot. With a little patience and understanding, he`ll gradually come out of his shell and show his affectionate side. Shiloh is looking for a calm, loving home where he can build confidence at his own pace and form a special bond with his new family.Shiloh is on-site and available for introductions during open adoption hours. The adoption paperwork can be completed now with your new pet able to go home as soon as the spay/neuter procedure has been completed.Adoptable cats/kittens are spayed/neutered, started on core vaccines per shelter protocols, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested, and started on monthly preventatives. Adoptions hours (no appointment needed) are M/T/W/F 10 am - 12:30 pm and 2 pm -4 pm; TH 10 am -12:30 pm and 2 pm -6:30 pm, and SAT 9 am -1 pm. To schedule an appointment outside of those hours, and/or to learn more information regarding a particular animal, please call the Feline Department at 410-848-4810 ext 816. If no one answers, please leave a detailed message with your name and phone number, and the call will be returned by end of business Monday - Friday.Adopters can prepare for their visit by being 18 years of age or older, having permission from their landlord to bring a new pet into their household, having some form of ID that shows their current address, and by bringing a suitable carrier to take their new companion home in. The adoption fee can be paid using cash, debit or credit and is based on age: Cats 1 year and younger are $75; cats 2 years to 7 years are $50; and 8 years and older are $25.

But the joke’s on her, because she’s actually super sweet. She starts off a little timid, but once she decides you’re safe, she turns into a total cuddle bug… just one who looks like she’s judging your life choices the whole time. If you’ve ever wanted your own grumpy cat,, she’s your girl. Luna was rescued from a struggling outdoor colony where many were very sick and wouldn’t have survived the cold weather. They were pulled just in time to get the care, warmth, and love they needed to heal and grow strong. All adoptable cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped. FeLV/FIV tested, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines and has received preventatives.  Harlow's Haven Cat Rescue is a non-profit organization the focus on saving the lives of at risk and homeless cats in our community. Mystic and her sister Panda came to us when their owner was evicted and could no longer care for them. We could not fit all of the cats that were in their original home, but the others were taken in by a larger rescue. We were happy to help these lovely girls, and pledged to keep them together as they are very fond of one another. Mystic is as sweet as she is lovely, and is happy to meet new people and new cats. We also suspect she'd do fine with friendly dogs, and her sister has already proven herself to be very curious about canine friends. Mystic came to us suffering from ear infections- she does not enjoy her ear meds but she is not aggressive in the slightest and is doing well with treatment. She and Panda are otherwise healthy and are now fully vetted and ready for adoption!June 11, 2026, 1:14 pm
