She is an adult tabby with the soul of a survivor. Her owner, the person she loved most in the world, passed away. Nina was left behind, carrying the grief quietly, bravely. She was also the only survivor of her litter, a tiny warrior from the very beginning. And still...she chose gentleness.  There is a deep, unshakable loyalty in Nina. When she loves, it's not casual - its forever. She doesn't just coexist with her people; she belongs to them. Her love is fierce but soft, protective but tender, like she's guarding something sacred - because to her you are! And then there is her beauty - Nina's tabby coat is breathtaking, with warm, glowing orange swirls woven through her fur like living embers. As my foster mom is typing this I am sleeping beside my foster with my sister in her lap! From day one at our foster mom’s house, we would love any attention we could get. We love to play, running around and playing with anyone that will give us attention. We are very healthy eaters, enjoying both Friskies pate and Iams dry kitten food. We are big chatters, we just love to talk to each other and to anyone that will listen. We are great with people of all ages, but have had no exposure to dogs. NEEDS HOME BEING ONLY CAT, IS OKAY WITH SMALL DOGS Pickles is a cat I had rescued from an ex-friends apartment, where he was stuck in a tiny room 24/7 with dirty, soiled litter that was never cleaned and a bowl that was almost always empty. Due to this sort of negligence, he seems to have slight triggers due to trauma, but as long as you go slow, he is very nice. Despite this, he is a very mischievous, yet sweet little cat! He loves to chase (both toys and you!) and is super curious. I want to say he is just over a year old, so he is bursting with energy almost always! The only Cons he has is that he tends to get overstimulated easily, which can turn to scratching and/or biting, so beware of this. Also VERY food motivated, which does include table food, but he seems to understand a gentle push away. He is also a slight bolt risk, so keep outside doors closed. He is neutered and has his rabies and distemper shots. Willing to negotiate price, but not any lower than 100

Mystic and her sister Panda came to us when their owner was evicted and could no longer care for them. We could not fit all of the cats that were in their original home, but the others were taken in by a larger rescue. We were happy to help these lovely girls, and pledged to keep them together as they are very fond of one another. Mystic is as sweet as she is lovely, and is happy to meet new people and new cats. We also suspect she'd do fine with friendly dogs, and her sister has already proven herself to be very curious about canine friends. Mystic came to us suffering from ear infections- she does not enjoy her ear meds but she is not aggressive in the slightest and is doing well with treatment. She and Panda are otherwise healthy and are now fully vetted and ready for adoption!October 28, 2024, 10:44 am

Meet Luna! Age: Est. birthday 4/2/2025 Breed/Color: Domestic Short Hair Special Feature:  Currently foster with Dog(s), Other cats, small children This girl was blessed with a spectacular resting b@tch face—she looks mildly annoyed at the world 24/7, even while purring. But the joke’s on her, because she’s actually super sweet. She starts off a little timid, but once she decides you’re safe, she turns into a total cuddle bug… just one who looks like she’s judging your life choices the whole time. If you’ve ever wanted your own grumpy cat,, she’s your girl. Luna was rescued from a struggling outdoor colony where many were very sick and wouldn’t have survived the cold weather. They were pulled just in time to get the care, warmth, and love they needed to heal and grow strong. All adoptable cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped. FeLV/FIV tested, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines and has received preventatives.  Harlow's Haven Cat Rescue is a non-profit organization the focus on saving the lives of at risk and homeless cats in our community. We provide them with a safe environment in foster homes where they can live cage free and thrive until adoption day.
