Story
Rufus, is the name I gave to this sweet stray cat that has been hanging around my property. He is not feral he is friendly to humans. I have been caring for a friendly, independent stray cat. While he gets along well with people, he seems to prefer his independence. Unfortunately, he has had a few altercations with my neutered male cat. This cat is currently unneutered. I have scheduled an appointment to have him neutered, receive a rabies vaccination, distemper shot, and flea treatment, all at my own expense. I am reaching out to inquire if you know of any organizations that assist in placing cats like him in barn or business homes. I am happy to cover any costs and can transport him to wherever he is needed. He is a sweet cat, and I want to ensure he finds a good, safe place to live that is more suited to his independent nature. He might be able to live in a home with an patient cat care giver.

Story
Location: Lakeville, MN Meet Frisk! This sweet little lady is full of life and love! Frisk is quick to warm up to new people and is a confident girl. Frisk has had some interaction with the resident dog and has done great. She is a little weary of him but does not run and hide, they seem to coexist peacefully! She loves to play and explore. She enjoys looking out the window, playing with any and all toys, cuddling with her sister Cambia and getting pets. Frisk is very bonded to her sister and should be adopted with her. Seeing how much they love each other is sure to warm your heart! Story
Location: Chanhassen Chuck & Dons This affectionate girl is ready for her forever home! Shindig enjoys quality time with her favorite humans and likes to watch the goings-on from her favorite perch. She is friendly and likes to play with her kittens. Shindig has perfect litter box habits and has been spayed and received all her shots. She has been socialized to a variety of people and has been exposed to my resident dog. Since she is wary around dogs, she would do best with a slow introduction to a calm dog or a cat-only home! Story
Location: Lakeville Petsmart Don’t let Acorn’s petite size fool you—this little gal may be the runt of her litter, but she’s packed with spunk and feistiness! Acorn is a little powerhouse who loves to keep up with her seven siblings, tumbling and rumbling right alongside them in playful chaos. Acorn is always ready for a good time, whether it’s playtime, cuddle time, or exploring the world around her. Despite her size, she holds her own and brings so much energy to everything she does. She’s been raised in a caring foster home, so she’s well-socialized, confident and used to being adored. Acorn does have juvenile cataracts, which means she’ll need regular veterinary follow-ups as she grows. Right now, they don’t affect her at all -- she plays, explores, and enjoys life just like any other kitten! If you’re looking for a tiny but mighty kitten to bring joy and spunk into your home, Acorn is ready to fill your life with playful energy and endless cuddles. Are you ready for this tiny bundle of purr? She’s sure to steal your heart in the sweetest way! --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org).
