Delilah is all white except for a black tail and 2 spots on her head. The vet thinks she was born in 2018. Delilah is quiet, avoidant of strangers, friendly with her trusted person, and affectionate on her terms. She accepts a little brushing on her back, shies from petting, and doesn’t want to be held. If there is no competition, she rolls over on her tummy when playing with wand toys and also plays by herself with toys. Delilah enjoys watching wildlife at the window. She gets along with male cats and is competitive with some girl cats. Delilah has not met dogs or kids under age nine. She is bonded to her calico daughter, Dotty. Delilah needs a patient, cat-savvy adopter. She uses a scratching post and has fine litterbox habits. This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Dotty and her mom, Delilah, were found at a farm and turned over to Rescue. Dotty, a beautiful calico, was born around April 2020. She is quiet, affectionate on her terms with trusted people, and avoidant of strangers. She will take a while to develop a new relationship and settle in. Dotty enjoys window watching and playing with wand toys as long as there is no competition. She is on the passive side and really enjoys Delilah’s companionship. Dotty likes a little bit of petting and brushing. She does not like being picked up and prefers to sit near you. Dotty has not met dogs, nor kids under age nine. Sunny, a male orange tabby was born around March 2020. He was found by a resident and turned into the Rescue. He enjoys interactive toys and window watching. He occasionally talks at meal times. Sunny hasn’t met dogs or kids under age eight. With proper introductions he gets along with most cats and he’d do best with a pal. The foster mom says he is sweet, smart, friendly with known people, and affectionate on his terms. Sunny is shy/avoidant of strangers. At this stage, he is uncomfortable being picked up.
