Story
Meet Sunshine — a survivor, a nurturer, and one of the most remarkable cats you’ll ever meet. She came to us after being found in an abandoned parking lot, burned and broken but still fiercely devoted to her newborn babies. Through weeks of care and healing, she showed a strength that can only come from a mother’s love. Now fully healed and ready for her next chapter, Sunshine is calm, affectionate, and endlessly gentle. She loves people, dogs, kids — truly everyone — and takes life as it comes with quiet grace. Sunshine has done her job as a mama and is ready to enjoy the peace and comfort she’s earned. She’d love a calm home where she can nap in the sun, watch the world go by, and finally just be loved. **Thank you for your interest in adopting one of our animals! Story
Fenway-Female- DOB-05/02/2019 Fenway is a sweet, easy-going girl who would do best in a home without other cats. She might be okay with a dog, but only with slow, proper introductions. This little beauty is still learning to feel confident, but she’s already showing what a sweet and gentle soul she is. In her foster home, it didn’t take long for her affectionate side to shine—she happily accepted pets and attention and has always been calm and friendly. Fenway can be a little slow to warm up in a big space, but she’s curious and playful, especially with her favorite fuzzy toys. This gal just needs a patient home where she can feel safe and truly at ease! Thank you for your interest in adopting one of our animals! Story
Jewel-Female I came into rescue missing my kittens, but thanks to some kind-hearted people, I was given the chance to care for other kittens who needed a mama. Now that those babies are grown and ready to take on the world, it's time for me to find my forever home! I’m a confident gal who loves being in charge. I get along with other cats, as long as they don’t mind that I like to call the shots—I am a queen, after all! Dogs? Not my thing. And kids under 10 can be a bit overwhelming for me, so I’d prefer a quieter home where I can truly shine. One of my favorite things to do is make biscuits while soaking up attention from my humans. If you’re looking for a regal feline companion with a touch of sass and a lot of love, I might just be your perfect match! ** Thank you for your interest in adopting one of our animals! Story
This baby had babies!!!! Vera was approximately 12 months old when she gave birth to her litter of kittens. And she was such an amazing Momma for being so young. Now that her kittens are weaned, we have spayed her to ensure that this will never happen to her again! (We spayed/neutered her babies as well). Vera came to us as a kitten, playful, and very pregnant. Once she had her babies she went into protective Momma Bear mode and stopped doing all of her silly kitten things. Now that her babies have been weaned, we are starting to see that young kitten behavior come out again!!!!!!! However you can see that she is still cautious, still on alert, and still in a protective state. Now that she has been spayed, her motherly hormones will slowly diminish out of her system and she will be just an amazing pet for anyone. Prior to having her kittens, she did well with all humans, other cats, and dogs. During the time she was caring for her babies, she was protective towards cats and dogs, but never humans. She was a good Mom who deserves a lifetime of being cared for........and not worried about taking care of kittens. **Thank you for your interest in adopting one of our animals! Story
Emi is an affectionate, cuddly cat. She looooves people and approaches them kindly and with purring. Emi does not love other animals, as she has had past cats chase and attack her. She gets scared and defensive and hisses when our dog tries to play with her too, although they do lay around in the same room or bed just fine. Still, she is best in a home without other pets. When she is stressed, she marks territory by urinating outside her litter box, usually in about the same area of the floor. I have carpet and unfortunately can’t afford to change to hard flooring to accommodate this. Emi gets annual vet visits. She had a teeth cleaning and one extraction last year, and her last checkup and shots were Oct. 31, 2025. I believe Emi needs a loving, cuddly owner without other pets to love on her in her senior years. If you have a heart for cats who need some attention and love cuddles, Emi may be perfect for your home. Let me know if you have questions or would like to meet her.
