Story
Obsidian (Obi for short) is the most sweetest, smartest, and loving kitten in Windsor. This poor baby was abandoned and we found him in the streets cold, malnourished, and sick. We took him in and gave him a temporary home and took him to the vet to make sure he has the proper nutrition and medication in order for him to be healthy again. He is a happy and healthy kitten now who is very well behaved (uses the litter box easily) and loves to play with wand toys. He’s a curious boy and will be interested in what you’re doing at all times, but he’s very polite. He needs a home who will love him and care for him like their own baby, because who knows what horrors and traumas he’s experienced out on his own already. Please please please save this soul!

Story
Hello, I`m Princess. This shelter is my temporary home. I was surrendered with my daughter Mimi because our previous humans didn`t have enough time for us. Mimi and I are not bonded but it would be nice to go to a new home together. I`m quite the independent lady, preferring quiet moments to myself. I enjoy observing my surroundings calmly, and I cherish my alone time. However, I do appreciate gentle affection and will warm up to a kind soul who understands my need for space. My ideal home would be peaceful, where I can relax and be myself without too much fuss. If you`re looking for a serene companion who respects mutual space, I might just be the perfect addition to your life.

Story
Hey, I’m Koko! Life took a little turn when my previous family had to surrender me because of allergies — no hard feelings, I promise. I’m just hoping my next stop is my forever home. I’m a friendly, easygoing guy who gets along great with other cats. I’m playful and curious, but also independent — I love a good lap and some pets when I decide it’s cuddle time. (Just one request: please don’t touch my tail… I’m not a fan.) People say I’m one of the chillest cats around. I don’t get bothered by much, and I’ve never tried to scratch or hurt anyone. Even here at the shelter, where I’m a bit shy, I still appreciate gentle company and soft words. I’m really just looking for someone who’ll give me love, respect my quirks, and enjoy my laid-back, friendly personality. If you’re searching for a cool, calm, playful buddy, apply for me today! Come meet me at Petsmart Dougall starting January 4th!

Story
Hi, I’m Ludwika! I’m a friendly but shy girl looking for a quiet forever home. I lived outdoors during warm months and came inside when it was cold, with no litter box issues indoors. I’m afraid of dogs and a bit territorial, so I must be the only pet. I enjoy affection on my own terms—I love lap time, gentle pets, and being picked up when I choose. When I’ve had enough, I’ll simply walk away. I don’t like tummy touches and prefer a calm, low-noise environment. I enjoy relaxed evenings watching TV with my people and do well with respectful children, though I can be a little timid at first. If you’re looking for a sweet, independent companion who appreciates peace and companionship, I could be your perfect match.

Story
Hi, I’m Poppy I’m a 2-year-old all-black beauty with a heart full of sweetness and a little tongue that loves to stick out—I think it adds to my charm! I came to the shelter as an owner surrender because I wasn’t feeling my best. Thanks to the amazing shelter team, I’ve been steadily improving and feeling more like myself every day. When you come to meet me, you might find me tucked away in a cozy box at first. New places can be a bit overwhelming! But if you offer me some gentle pets—especially around my bum—you’ll be rewarded with the cutest little meows and maybe even a new best friend. I really enjoy attention once I know I’m safe.I’m looking for a kind, patient home where I can continue to blossom, share my sweet personality, and charm you with my bleppy face and adorable voice. Could that be with you?
