Story
Ginger is 1 year old, born on August 2024. He is very playful and can be very shy with new people, but once he gets a familiarity he’ll be very clingy, he is curious and is litter trained. He also likes butt scratches and ear scratches but doesn’t like it when you pat his butt. He not very experienced outside and is usually an indoor cat, he’ll run back inside if you put him out. He gets along with smaller dogs, unknown for big dogs and cats, but has show curiosity for cats, and he is not a picky eater.

Harper is the perfect mix of social and curious. She's incredibly affectionate to humans and did a wonderful job raising her litter of NINE KITTENS! But it's time for Harper to hang up her mama hat and be treated like the queen she truly is. She prefers to have a large space to explore and may show interest in darting for the door. She loves attention and will give gentle head butts to get more scritches and pets from you.

Story
Maverick is our very special sweet boy who deserves all the love in the world!  He's very laid back and will sit with you for hours watching movies and wants to be near you.   Maverick is a speicial needs boy with severe CH (also known as wobbly cat syndrome).   Here is a link where you can find more info on CH:  https://www.thenoahcenter.org/2022/09/28/the-truth-about-ch-cats/ Maverick is about 4 years old and along with having CH, he is missing several teeth and has a front "snaggle tooth"- but is healthy!     He's neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines and has had base line bloodwork upon joining the rescue all of which was completely normal.     He does have  tremors that are common with CH and also a pretty severe head bobble - so drinking water is difficult and he eats wet food and sometimes dry kibble mixed in water in raised bowl.     He was raised by a family who loved him very much but just didn't have the time to continue caring for him.   He uses a litter box but because of his severity and wobbles, he needs help getting in and out and will lay down to do his stuff.    He is on a schedule though and will go in the litter box when you put him in the box on a schedule.    Maverick has lived with big dogs and other cats in his foster home, but he mostly loves just being with his person.   If you have had a CH cat previously, then. you know how much love they provide and what a joy they are to care for.    With Maverick's severity level, he does need someone who has experience with CH and is aware of what they require.  If you are interested in Maverick, please provide a few sentences on why you want to adopt Maverick and how you are prepared for him.   ##2000741##

Story
Mira is a bold little black-and-white kitten named after the fierce heroine from KPop Demon Hunters. Just like her namesake, she’s quick on her paws, endlessly curious, and a tiny force of nature. With bright, expressive eyes and a brave heart, Mira loves exploring new places, pouncing on imaginary villains, and curling up with her favorite humans after a long day of “hero training.” A cuddle-loving adventurer with a warrior’s spirit, Mira is small in size but mighty in personality.

Story
Peaches is about 12 years old. We got her from Pet Smart through the Humane Society. She is quite shy to start with, but is cuddly and so lovable. She is quiet but loves to be brushed and petted once she gets used to you. She is litter box trained. I have an electronic litter box that she uses and would be able to give this to anyone who would take her, if they wanted. She is a small light weight cat. She is only about 8 pounds. She loves Fancy Feast and Slurpy soups in chicken flavor and loves her treats! I am moving and sadly cannot take her with me. I would really appreciate the care that anyone would give her if you decided to adopt her. She would need to be adopted by December 2. Thank you for considering her for your new pet.

Story
We adopted Maizy from the Oregon Humane Society in hopes of getting our resident cat a friend. We adopted Maizy when she was 8mo old and we were told that she was taken off the streets and was brought in with a litter of kittens. Maizy is the sweetest, friendliest and most cliche cat ever and we absolutely adore her, but she unfortunately is not the right fit for our family. We are unsure if she will do well in a household with another cat as she does not seem to get along well with our resident cat even after a very slow introduction and several months of them being together. Maizy will cuddle right up to you, loves to play and cause mayhem. If you’re looking for unconditional love from a tiny creature then you have found the right kitty, she will steal your heart (and try to steal your dinner as well).

Story
Jinx is originally from Idaho but has lived in Keizer Oregon for 3 years. She is 5 years old, very cuddly, sweet, playful, and love to chase toys. An ideal home would be one that has a consistent schedule, well organized, is not very loud, and has space just for her. She an inside cat but likes exploring the backyard in the spring. She comes with a large cat tower, several toys, a harness, food dishes, and a litterbox. She has FLUTD so she does have to be on a diet for her condition. I am rehoming her as I have recently lost my job and my landlord wants her gone asap.
